Can someone explain if this title has been hyped for a long time? I just recently found out about it like a month ago so I was curious to hear from many of you that know a ton more than I do at the moment. Any chance someone can tell me opinions/reasoning if this truly has potential to get ultra popular like TWD? Thank you in advance.

Really? Someone else on another board who ordered these and has ordered in the past said "They are quick also..and very reliable" Maybe I should contact the customer service in advance and let them know that Im expecting these to be packed good.

I tried the instock cart method but it still shows me TBD on in stock items. I was just trying to avoid emailing them since it says they will respond in 2-3 days but thats what I decided to do...Thank you though for trying to help me.

Im asking for an estimate if anyone has ever ordered books from this site. Im not looking for anything written in stone....I just read on another forum discussing this variant that the shipping from UK is brutal, but no price was mentioned. Therefor I was curious if anyone had a ballpark figure. Thats all.

Yeah theres also someone else who I cant help but say looks very scammy. There was an actual legit auction of 3 raw Peter Panzerfaust issue #1 that sold last week for $810....As you would imagine, the picture was pretty unique since the seller lined his 3 issues of #1 up and took the picture. Theres a seller on eBay called stormmyst-comics selling "20 comic Grab Bags" for $20 each using this extremely unique picture from the legit Panzerfaust auction that sold last week. Im guessing hes using this picture to attract people into the listing. In the listing he says they are all pre-packaged and then goes to show many other pictures of Amazing Spiderman #1 etc etc. He has 10 "available" with 0 sold.

Ryan wow, 6.0 for new books 0_o. I honestly will be happy to pull a 9.8 for me and would be totally fine with the others in the 9's. Im not sure who to roll the dice with, Midtown or TFAW. Those 9.8 CGC are all gone from DF too huh? Theres nobody else selling those? I know I mentioned this before too but I liked the other covers soo much. I especially liked issue #2's cover. These new ones are growing on me (#1) but I kind of wish they made it in the first style.

I checked out his auctions and sales history earlier as well as his car...I dont think he would want to battle ( = On a sidenote, this comic does really look like it should be something special. Are you all buying into the hype like me?

Ok so Midtown is at an "advanced preorder" which is at 15% as opposed to a "preorder" at TFAW which is at 20% off the cover price. So I assume both sites should pack them very safely...Im wondering if I should order 10. I would like to get a couple slabbed and also one for reading and one for my older bro. Whats a safe amount to order is what Im wondering. Im not going to go all big ballin Birdman on these like some of us have said they are doing (= I just want a comfy amount.

So advanced order means there is a chance they cant fulfill them? Im curious because I unfortunately only have 2 comic shops around the house. Otherwise I have to take a 35 minute ride to Boston where there are many shops, which I dont mind doing if I have to.

Alright thank you comicfan17blue! I will probably grab a handful for now and be ok. This has also been confirmed to not be in black and white? I read through all 70 pages of this thread and I believe it was mentioned once that it may be in color but I wasnt sure of that. B&W was also something I wouldnt have minded at all for this title. Regardless, this book looks like it could be really good.

Where would be the ideal place to preorder at the moment? Midtown Comics? I also noticed DCBS seems to not have #1 anymore. If anyone can tell me if Midtown is the way to go that would be appreciated very much. I also liked the older cover a bit more too. The new ones are cool, but I personally preferred the other art style / colors from what I saw.
