I gave that Horrific book a 1.5. A 3.0 honestly kind of blows my mind.

Grades in. Whatever happens this round this will be by far my best finish. 9 or so years ago I believe I finished DEAD LAST in one of these.
Also, a huge thanks to @CGC Mike for running this! It's been tons of fun !

So far HoS #4 has been my nadir. I gave that one a 3.5 (????). That book alone counts for 5 of my 20 points, so the other 14 books I have a 15 total on, including.2 bullseyes this week. I gotta go back to that one for sure and see what I did wrong.

Bought a vintage paperback from Mr. Alien and he was so generous as to throw in another paperback. Books arrived safe and sound. Could not be happier.

Also @Djohnson321 I think you may have forgotten to put a price for Batman 233.

Crime Hound by Mary Semple Scott Early Mapback. Dell #34 1944 $15
Another great Gerald Gregg cover with shotgun shells in a handprint. A thing of beauty. This cover also has the "giant eyeball keyhole" colophon, which was on some of the early Dells, this is one of the last of them. It's about twice the size of the smaller colophon.
Very Good Plus. Great color. Solid binding has slight slant, pages tight and supple. Light readers creasing and a few minor creases. Nice copy of a tough book.
for 30% off if that deal is still good?

If you are quoting GPA and saying that prices are going up then yes you should include it, since you know that they are not ALL going up, as you know of the percentage sale.
Personally, had you just thrown up GPA data and a price I would have considered Peter's post threadkrapping. But the inclusion of the statement that prices keep going up, then yea I consider Peter's thread more of a disprovement of that point.
Just my
If Roy had simply quoted GPA figures and left it at that, I'd think Peter's comment would be threadkrapping. But the addition of "the book keeps going up" opens the door for Peter's comment.
Why does it open up a door, though? He said it keeps going up per GPA. That is a factually true statement. I'm not seeing the grey area here.

In what universe are the Peter in Portugal posts not threadcrapping?

What is the last book you held in your hands that made your pulse quicken, and how long ago was that?

GAtor - If McElwain fails, surely Jeremy Foley gets shown the door with him, yes? Zook was a disaster, Urban was a grand slam, Muschamp was a dud. What do you think?
