The Fell reprints make me very suspicious. Could there be a new issue of Fell coming out soon?

I stopped counting at 20 but I have more than 20 copies of spawn 9.

I don't get this. Copies aren't selling for that much on ebay. I sold mine for 99 cents.

I picked up 4 runs of 0-5 and hopefully grabbing up a few more this week. I've been able to sell 2 runs for about $60 each.

Yeah, I always have issues with Ebay. Too many variables. Thought about just selling on the boards?

I always have a tough time starting auctions that high. I have better luck starting something like that at 9.99 or even just .99 and setting a reserve at 59.99, hoping to get it to the 79.99.

It seems like it's hard for people to bid $60 to start with. Easier for people to bid a few bucks and get caught up in the auction.

Is Spawn #9 still viable. I waited and sold mine a couple weeks ago and only got one bid at .99 cents.

Not double. But, if these start selling for a weird price, I'll take a really low price on it.

Just picked up 3 sets of Hoax Hunters 0-4 at $1 each.

I know exactly what you mean. I had some guy win my TSG lot on Monday night and has still not paid me. Emailed me today saying that he is getting errors with ebay and wanted to pay outside of ebay. No thanks.

Awww gonads! My Thanos Hastings variants with Deadpool and the whoopee cushion order got cancelled. "Out of stock", meaning the ebay seller slept late and didn't get to the shop in time to get however many copies he presold or they put a limit on them and he was S.O.L., and so am I.

Hastings has a weird way of allocating their variants to the stores. When Deadpool was on the final issue of A vs X, I bought 24 from one store. That same store received 0 of the Uncanny Avengers variant I know no one else got them as I watched the employee cut the boxes for me.

...we'll see. I'm heading there after work. I have a Hastings across the street from my apartment.

Yeah, you're right - the series started a little earlier, but was hot around the same time as those others IIRC.

 

Fell was a pretty awesome book. Did Ellis ever finish a the story? I kind of gave up when he was putting out 2 issues a year.

No...stopped with issue #8. A couple years ago he said on Twitter that he and Templesmith were almost finished with #9, but it still hasn't shown up.

Whoah!!! I absolutely love Skullkickers. One of the funniest books out right now. Also a great Munchkin booster.

I would also say that Proof was more of the Image group that included stuff like Fell, Nightly News, etc...

Also, if I ever get an issue #2 of Pretty-Baby-Machine, I'll be happy.

Proof is pretty great. They were going to start doing the series of mini-series' thing and came out with Proof: Endangered. Then they just stopped coming out. Riley Rossmo does seem to be pretty busy otherwise though.

I don't know what all the hate is on The Activity. I've kept up with the series and still enjoy it.
