(thumbs u Glad that set found a good home! I was going to purchase it myself but Frank had a set for me. I'm sure most, if not all of the sets sold here will be held onto. I think all the die hards have found their way here. Now that I think about it, every known ashcan is owned by a boardie.

Labeling is now fixed on mine and correctly states mine is the C2E2 Ashcan, Top-pop woot. Hopefully the census will be fixed in the coming days. Congrats on the highest grade and thanks for taking the ashcan in to get relabeled. Hopefully they can open up that registry sometime soon now. Although, now that I think about it, I believe there is one more mislabeled ashcan out there so they might not open it up until that one is in.

I'm pretty sure I sold you a #1 2nd print 9.8 SS since I had two of them. can't remember. Haven't seen many of the #2 2nd prints though. Gotta say I loved those 2nd print covers! BTW, did Frank ever give any hints to what the next arc might be about?

Just wanted to say thanks to those that responded to my inquiry above. I got numerous message from generous boardies. I really like the 2nd printing of #1 as well. I got a steal on some a few months back. eBay auction I gave some away but should still have a couple left.

If anyone has any leads on where I can purchase a SDCC set please shoot me a pm. This was the only thing I wanted from SDCC so I'm a bit pissed at myself for missing the opportunity yesterday. Thanks!

There is one more that is SS but I'm not sure of the grade or which ashcan it is. Do you have one of the "mis-labeled" ones? I PMed the list of FG comics to set up a registry and I got this response: The census has default listing. We currently are unable to fix the census, as there are 2 books out there that are mis-labeled. We have contacted the clients, but until they get back with us or we get the books back to verify which variants they are we can't update the census Sorry for the troubles and thanks.

You have the missing link to my ashcan set so I'm equally envious. Between our collections we have the entire trio. Is your C2E2 graded? The census is a mess right now so it's hard to tell how many others are graded. Between all three there can't be more than 6 or 7 graded.

I finally got around to checking this title out and WOW! I remember I picked up the first issue and wasn't blown away so I decided to wait for the arc to end to read it all in one sitting. After reading the first few issues back to back I was hooked. The writing is superb and it kept me on my toes during the entire read. Keep up the great work Larime! Looking forward to the next arc already.

I missed so much in this thread! So much good news too! I've been behind on my reading due to work but finally got a chance to catch up and finish reading the last couple of issues of the recent arc. Still hands down my favorite read! I don't know what it is about this title but it speaks to me the way other titles don't. I just got in issues 6-10 graded and all came back 9.8! The Five Ghosts CGC treasure box is filling up fast so a new one will need to be built soon. Also looking forward to hearing this SDCC announcement! Those limited 50 sets look killer too. Did I read that right, that there is another undisclosed book being released there too?!?! I remember Frank talking about the "making of" issue 1 so maybe it might be that. Regardless, can't wait!

Believe it or not the images can sometimes take hours to get just right. Finding the HQ image is simple but after that is where it gets difficult. The first step is to turn the image into black and white/or grayscale (whichever has the most potential). After, you have to raster (turn the pixels into lines) the image and tweek little details here and there. Some images I can make in 5 minutes and have it look stunning...others take much longer. Some images simply won't work either. I was initially going to engrave the cover for COC 23 but I just couldn't get a solid result. Very nice! I remember seeing your Walking Dead boxes, (I think that was you also) and these are even nicer! You picked a great image for the top, one of my favorite covers! (thumbs u WOW! Sweet copy! Can't get enough of that cover! It was the second PCH comic I purchased (after Horrific 1 ) Hope to one day upgrade to a better copy because it is one of my favorites.

Hey all you PC collectors! I didn't quite know where to share this at but figured this would be the best place. Like Longzilla above I recently got the PCH bug and have been collecting now for a little over 6 months. In that time I've acquired some amazing books! Anyway, I couldn't fit them in my short boxes so I decided to build one specifically for my collection. I used some of my favorite covers as well as accessible splash pages. I've included them in spoiler tags so it doesn't take up much space. Hope you enjoy!
