  1. This is a great chance to get a complete run of a great series. The only book missing is Conan the Barbarian 258 otherwise every book is included. Conan 1-275, King Conan/Conan the King 1-55 and 13 annuals. Conan 1 is a solid 5.0 GPA 5.0 data is $146.00 12 month average, $148.00 90 day average and last sale was $170.00 I will post my CGC 4.5 for comparison. All of the books range from Good to Near Mint, the later issues being in better condition. I will list a grade for each book posted. I will post issues 1-24, 58 and 275 for reference. I will list a grade for each book posted. If any requires scans or grades of any other books just let me know. Overstreet has these valued at about $1400.00 Asking $600.00 $575.00 $550.00 plus shipping, which comes to $1.68 per book. Only a few will be individually bagged and boarded. The rest will be bulk packed.
  2. Will continue to drop the price until this lot gets sold or I decide to keep it
  3. 1st in thread or PM will trump any ongoing PM conversations. No HOSers or Probies. Payment forms accepted: Paypal, checks (must clear before books are sent out) and Etransfer in Canada (in CDN equivalent). This is a BIG lot - 342 books so shipping is as follows: Canada $35.00 USA to be determined with your Zip Code No returns on these books Please feel free to PM any questions or offers.
  4. This book has steadily been gaining momentum the last little while with 9.8 sales finally picking up. This copy sold for a whopping $6100.00 last night on CL. Let’s hope love of this great title continues. I wonder if the current Marvel re-boot has any role in this. So far I have really enjoyed the 3 new Conan titles. I hope they can contrite the solid work.
  5. +1 I also felt this was the weakest episode so far. I couldn’t wait for it to finish. Hopefully the next episode will get things back on track.
  6. While I understand that when you call PayPal over a dispute such as this, you will most probably end up speaking with a 9-5 pencil pusher, who unless you get extremely lucky, will know nothing about comics and what a CGC graded comic actually is and how the graded grade is THE grade and that it is very hard to dispute that the buyer did not get what he/she bought. I would be beside myself on figuring out a way to “win” this dispute but it seems that PP mostly sides with the buyer. While I am not sure how to solve this mess I do know that PP should enact some better rules to help protect sellers. The example of buying a hot comic today and seeing it’s value fall by half 4-5 months later and then “disputing” it, is a very scary proposition to think about.
  7. As a self imposed rule, I haven't bashed any members since I had a run in with SC22, but I do find that you have been overly critical and negative in both AF threads. I feel the nature of this thread should be left to everyone's love of this book and leave all the negative thoughts to the AF falling thread. The 9.4 IS a sooper doper copy that I'm sure very AF lover would love to own. (Even if there are flaws that some don't love) And lastly every AF 15 lover knows there are 32 pages and not 40
  8. Sold my 18 to a fellow boardie a few years back but I should have a very nice 9.2 in hand shortly.
  9. Maybe this copy up for sale in the February HA auction will get us talking about how great this book is and not all the doom and gloom about collapsing prices.
  10. Yes a very nice early Doc Doom but 26K for a 9.4? I guess the market for Doc Doom is taking off.
  11. I wonder why the big uptick with 5. I’m sure you saw the 9.4 that sold for $26400.00 on HA this week.
