  6. Love em'. The only one i have is #14 (cgc 6.5). Talking about rarity, #19 doesn't show up regularly either. (Then again.. do any of these? ) one of these beautiful issues is in an upcoming auction
  7. Gotta be! Now send it back to CGC with a request that they note this on the label. I agree Awesome awesome awesome snag buddy!!! Harvey seemed to have a sweet run in 1942 with their titles and they seemed to be really big on the film reel covers running up the side of their books with the characters inside. The books that I know that had these so far are Champ, Green Hornet, and Speed Comics...are there any that I am missing?
  8. That is a pretty spectacular copy of a phenomenal book right there!!
  9. Im hoping the brittle pages will deter more bidders BTW somebody just picked up an awesome Green Mask #8 (hypo needle/bondage cover) over on the Bay...hopefully a boardie http://www.ebay.com/itm/161696088744?ssPageName=STRK:MEDWX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1435.l2649

  12. Awsome book Gino! I love those Supermysterys. A lot harder to get now than when I got mine... Seems 4 Favorites get all the love these days. Thanks brother I am starting to put together a nice little collection of Ace books!! I will take a group pic here later when I receive the book...Its modest but pretty happy with the start!!
  13. Thanks J & Sqeggs, and no problem Collector!!! And Congrats Sqeggs on the R A&A file copies I particularly enjoy the 31 as well!! cool stuff (thumbs u
  14. Way to go Gino!!! I was wondering if you finally got it! Great news, and to think, this was on your 'hope to snag in 2015' list back in January. Happy for you (Cuz your'e a great guy, and i love Ace Periodicals). Don't for get to post in the Ace thread at your leisure bud. Again, Congrats! Super cover! Thanks Corey I was just getting ready to shoot you a PM haha!! We just got back into town late last night and I had thrown in a proxy bid and crossed my fingers!! Knock another one off the list
  15. Speaking of pretty classic covers I picked up this tough to find issue in the Heritage Sunday auction last night!!
  16. Remember Pearl Harbor issue! Do you know why OSPG designates it a classic cover but CGC does not? You can use the ask CGC section for this. They will usually designate that onto the label if you explain to them your reasoning. I recently asked them to add Classic Nazi Monster cover to my Speed #28 because it had no notes previously and OSPG deemed it as a classic cover. They added it no problem. (thumbs u
  17. Naw, the villain's faces just don't look green enough. This Mystery Men is perfectly sick... That's a neat book there!!
  18. Some of Steves books are in better shape than my Moderns...true story
