Congrats on the pic up. I wanted to participate in Teds auction, but I've got my eye on three items in HA's event this week, so saving it all for possible wins there. I did manage to snag an early Blue Ribbon (no 6, Charlie Chaplin cover menaced by axe weilding green hooded men) last week on eBay. man you got all the cool books!!!

This book has been on my want list since the Gerber Guides first came out. absolutely no worries my friend I figured if I entered a bid 3 times the amount I was leading at the duration of the auction I still may get outbid...the auction had like 20 followers and it is a coveted book no doubt...I am happy it went to a boardie!!! I am confident I will own a copy or part of a copy at some point in my lifetime You can't argue the thrill of bidding on such a rare item is fun!! just happy to be a part of it!! your are the Centaur King Rick I wish. JB and Win have complete centaur publishers. Jack has a very impressive array of issues. Scott has some of the real tough ones. King? I might be the clean up boy at that table. I'd just like to be at the table. Speaking of our favorite wacky Dealer in the World I just got this from him in the mail this week!!!! Ted is such a great guy man he truly loves this hobby...His communication is phenomenal, he ships quick, has very reasonable pricing, and is an all around stand up guy!! He sure has landed some really cool stuff lately its just awesome!!

how crazy is this we both bumped this thread within seconds of eachother like 14 hrs after anyone else had posted in it and we both mentioned the obscure Starro shirt!! coincidental occurrence!! I think not!! oh and Jinx

I just finished watching this weeks episode and I wondered did anyone else see Starro on Felicitys boyfriend Cooper's shirt when they were getting busted by the FBI in the beginning? it looked kinda like BB28 cover? I'm not aware how to take screen shot from an episode but anyone else catch this?

Thanks J I LOVE the Silver Streak #8 it was my 3rd copy overall both the others came back purple so I had to take a decent copy missing the back cover but oh well it read nice!! the Banner I was a little disappointed in the PQ this on got...the spine was a little shoddy but for price it was ok...the rest of the book was ok so I was thinking slightly but you win some you lose some...the Boy Comics #10 is soooo classic also my second copy the first came back with undisclosed resto that was hard to detect so Bunky Bri picked it up from me and I landed this one...The MMC I cracked out to read bc it was graded by another company...super nice book came back a little lower than I had expected I had it pegged at a 2.o but once again you win some you lose some...pretty happy overall just to have these back and get em into the sig line
