  1. Right back at ya!!! and Wowza what a gorgeous copy!! @MrBedrock must have let you borrow that time machine we all know he has secretly stashed away to pick up this fine example!!
  2. One of my favs...have never been successful in upgrading this rag so I guess she stays
  3. Thanks to my dude @rjpb for helping me add this Our Flag to my collection!! I have this image on a shirt so figured i kind of NEED a copy. Cool Mooney cover and a few interior shots!!
  4. Oooooooh!!!! Well I wouldn’t be upset at all if you surprised me!! My son does LOVE Miles so if there’s an extra one in there he wouldn’t argue 😍🤗 You too kind Sha!!!!
  5. Kind of getting to my point in that they are BOTH awesome and while many have a personal preference when it comes down it it most would probably prefer both as its kind of an unfair fight right off the bat. That is why I am curious as to why one sells for $10.5K in a 5.0 and recently $3600 in a 1.0 while the other older more rare of both books only gets to 2K in a 4.0
  6. I think most of all of us Gold collectors could be in that club!! part of it that makes it fun for me is I have to face the fact I can’t really afford it all (at least at once) so I have to make important choices and weigh options at any given time!! Feed my children or buy a sweeeeet book hehehehe JK!!
  7. what a TERRIFIC copy this would fit very well into my collection here!! This presents even nicer than the copy that sold the other night so you got yourself a pricey book there based on that sale!!! NICE!!
  8. that’s actually hilarious bc it hits home so much!! My lovely wife supports me so much when it comes to my comics but I have yet to see her eyes light up when she sees something that i would drool over haha!! I try to get her excited but the most I usually get is, “wow that’s cool babe” but i can’t tell if she’s being sarcastic or not 😂
  9. If the run this one has been the highest on my want list for some time!! Man your collection Rocks neverending coolness!!
  10. This could be very true and time will tell!! Great copy!! So do we count T5 for 1 vote here and AN8 for 3 hehehe!!
  11. Thanks again Sha!! If you have 1 small of each PeppaPig, Frozen, and Miles I would be so grateful my kids would love them and definitely use them. You are such an angel!!
  12. Agreed RM here is one of my favorites!! there seems to be a theme with what I like 😂
  13. @lou_fine Yeah I would tend to agree. The point of the thread was not however to see which one was closer to Suspense 3 it was just to compare them side by side to one another as they are both Schomburgs that came out the same year. I am trying to gauge demand for value purposes and we have an almost split decision so far with most agreeing they are both awesome. The sale on Heritage last night intrigued me and as I stated the Terrific seems to be way more valuable I’m just trying to figure out why. The All-New is older, from a great publisher, and seemingly twice as rare based on census alone i could be wrong. I guess my answer could be that Rick controls the entire Terrific market and he sets the price I think that’s my answer right there hehe!! 😊 #GAtor for President (now i just need to sway him to the All-New side to make my copy worth more 🤪 Then again the sale could just be outlier of 2 folks wanting it bad enough at an affordable price who knows the market is still hot i think
  14. Votes Thus far...I have no idea how to add a poll All-New #8 (3) Terrific #5 (2)
  15. That Hitler fortune teller skull ball is the first page in All-New Comics #8 making the book that much more appealing if you ask me. This is the splash from #10 that I referenced that is also cool imo and the OA came to auction a few years ago and I missed it bc i was too focused on one book that ended up losing anyways (Doh!!!)
