  3. A WD fan but not sure whether the WD#1 will still be as valuable in 50 years time Considering how many have been slabbed, they will last a lot longer in pristine condition. Preservation wise they'll never age but who knows long term on any moderns. Imagine finding in 50 years time finding the slab killed the book ! . Only raw books survived...ta da da....

  7. That's awesome! Is that a display rack on the wall there? Does it allow you to swop out books for display?! Thanks! For the display rack on my wall, I bought closet racks and put them on a different angle so the lip is on the bottom and I can swap out comics on it. I saw it done at a comic book store somewhere and it gave me a good idea to do it. I have it around the perimeter of my room at the top by the ceiling. Thanks for the great idea, that rocks (thumbs u

  11. I agree, is it just me or is Revival particularly variant heavy?! Between Phantoms, recent CBLDF, and subsequent prints.... Yeah, there's a lot of Revival covers out here buddy. Leon Howzit Ryan! Covers covers everywhere!

  13. Definitely thought that as well! Enjoyed it I must admit, looking forward to seeing where they are going to go with the story
  14. Here is the forbidden planet cover: http://forbiddenplanet.com/103849-lazarus-1-forbidden-planet-wrap-variant/
  15. Looking forward to this one, will pick it up from my lcs this week. Glad i put it on order some time ago after seeing the preview. Also ordered a graded copy of the Forbidden Planet variant
  16. I agree, there's a preconception out there that every new series must be picked up by a network for it to do well, which in itself creates false demand
  17. I picked up this series at first because my LCS told me it was due for a TV series and, as a newbie, I thought that was appealing. I read the TPB and loved it, and since then have not been able to stop getting issues and slabs etc. I prefer picking up Revival above all other series. No TV series is a pity but I'm hoping it'll get over the speculation phase and be one that lasts and appreciates over time. My view from here afar
  18. Always a worry ordering from afar here in South Africa - thanks Ben for quick, clear and friendly service! My book (plus extras!) arrived quickly and packaged safely. Hopefully we can do business again in the near future
  19. So what's the story here - is the item not shipped not the winning bidder or what?
  20. If anyone is getting copies please don't forget about me here in South Africa!
