  1. Thank goodness, I can stand lower grades though I do wish I'd get a better copy of # 116 with the missing chunk on the cover but that was an eBay purchase eons ago where the seller had a decent amount of the run for sale and I got the #116 for opening bid and combined the shipping.

The 120 I had never seen before for sale and was the last I needed so I jumped on it. Too much so, so that the dealer knew he "had" me sold. lol

Good luck on your search :wishluck:

Thanks!! It does not surprise me that you had never seen the 120 on sale before, some of those are really tough to get in any grade. Every now and then I see a few issues that I'm missing, but they often ge over guide and I do not want to pay over guide for everything I buy.

  2. Cool cover and a tough one in high grade, sadly mine is not a high grade copy

    Looks great to me. :cloud9:

Unfortunately, that is pretty much as "high grade" I can personally go for 50s and early 60s DC war. That is, if I wanna get more than 1 issue per year. :P

    It's a nice book

and you're right 10 cent Dc war is hard to come by and quite expensive in mid grade or better

  3. ..... it looks close, and the color strike is phenomenal....and on a cover that I've always loved. Those vintage cars are cool....and they were the new models at the time....GOD BLESS...
