  1. I will try and ask him the next time I see him (if I remember to). He told me that he was only missing 3 books to complete the whole Atlas set. Thanks, Mike. I'm hoping he at least keeps a few for "old time's sake" GOD BLESS... -jimbo(a friend of jesus) (thumbs u You're welcome Jimbo. He sent all the Atlas books he owned to Heritage, but he still has a lot of other books left.

  3. From a grading range POV, Lt. Tan - OW is supposed to be better than Cream - OW scale-wise, but that's not the way it's perceived. Still, that's a very pretty book! (thumbs u Cr-ow is definitely better than lt tan to ow ...any grading range that says otherwise is wrong Me thinks our good Mr Merryweather has partaken a bit to much in the fermented beverages Think again... http://www.bipcomics.com/showcase/CGCWhiteness/ I hate to correct folks, especially after imbibing fermented beverages, but I didn't make this up. (*hic!*) Truth is, I didn't believe it either before checking reference whiteness scales that stated otherwise. Maybe there are conflicting scales. If one reads that scale as accurate in terms of pq desiredness, that's on them. It is wrong , plain and simple, to think lt tan to ow is better pq than cr to ow. It's really that simple I have to agree, in my book crow pages are better than light tan to ow pages.
  4. Now that's a beauty!! Flash was my favorite DC hero growing up!! Loved the DC cartoons, the 1990 live-action version and today's series on the CW. But most of all I loved the comics. Thank you Steve! (thumbs u He also was one of my favorite characters when I was a kid and he still is.
  5. There's no big story behind this one. I just met a guy who needed some cash and offered me the book. His asking price was decent, so I pulled the trigger.
  6. Just back from CGC, not to happy with the PQ but what the heck, it's still a nice book with a great cover!
  7. Very, very nice! I still need Flash 128 for my run...
  8. I edited myself back in.

  10. Great book! Isn't he more likely to find a P.X. the way he's running than if he went in the other direction? Thank you! (thumbs u And I think that you are right about that.
  11. Thank you! (thumbs u I also like the war ones a lot, but they do not get much love. I have always considered the two war titles to be among the best EC titles.
  12. Not the best pic. The colors are amazing on this copy. I don't know how I manage to take such bad pics of half of my books....
  13. David purchased a few books from me a while ago and made lightning fast payment. Communication was also great. I'm looking forward to do business again with David in the future! (thumbs u
  14. Oh yeah! And I have always loved that cover!
  15. Very sweet book! I like the Flessel covers on those early DC's.
  16. That's a great book! I just love that cover! I nearly picked up a copy of this book at SDCC in 2014 but did not because it was slightly over priced. I could hit myself now for not doing so since it was a higher grade copy.
  17. Now this is a very sweet copy of the war key!
  18. That is a beauty, my friend. Congrats! Thank you Steve! (thumbs u
