I've seen many 9.8 asm 300's with multiple color breaking spine ticks. I think cgc is light on it. What appears to be color rub on the outside edge is the real issue with that copy imo.

I know you can get 9.8's with the ratty edge. 100% possible, I don't think it's factored in at all. Not sure if it's been said already, I only read down a few posts.
