GSP related fees are disclosed to the foreign buyer upfront prior to their decision to purchase. Whether or not they like GSP, once they make that choice to buy the item, and then decide not to honor their commitment, they are no different than any other NPB. I would block them.

Not a big Spidey fan (might be sacrilege to admit around here), but I have always loved that JSC 606 cover - just gorgeous.

I also want to send a HUGE shout-out thank-you to Shadow Images for the RAK. This was a great offer because it brought back memories of my older brother (who I love) that collected all the in vogue stuff when we were growing up (X-Men, Spidey), but teased me incessantly while I collected all the 'sissy' oddball stuff (Dazzler, Daredevil, Moon Knight), this was my first-ever copy of Moon Knight #1 and it is a beautiful one at that. Thanks! Also, a shout out to Wall-Crawler who sent me Dazzler 1-12 in the PIF thread along with Astonishing X-Men 1-12, both of which will be payed forward to my nephew (son of my *spoon*hole older brother).

You should just call them for invoice status, if unable to track online. CGC has always billed my credit card upon receiving the comics/invoice. I believe this is standard policy, although I submitted through a dealer so maybe those invoices are handled differently. My last submissions were Modern Slow and Value Slow tiers, I was charged back in May, and still don't have my books yet. It's not a major headache for me, but others might take a different view, like a dealer who pays upfront and is out both money and product for an extended period of time.
