Ahhhhh....there it is

yes...because I NEED 100!!!

I was just passing by and thinking, "how could a thread about post counts be so long?" Then I read the last few pages ... I'm so dumb!

I would imagine missing pieces that deface (literally, in this instance) the cover art are treated more harshly that a corner or chunk out of the edge.

Cyclops, I love the IF intro and the ASM 238 as well....two of my favorite bronzies! Congrats on the pickups!

The 5.0 looks better than the 6.5!! ha ha very nice pick ups. An ASM 14 is on my radar too. Maybe I'll make it happen around the holidays.
The 5.0 just has a subscription crease on the back cover and those pesky resulting horizontal creases/color breaks on the front...if not for that, I feel it'd be a 6.5. Now the 6.5 has a 1/4" spine split at the top but the cover just looks so damn bright! So whenever I feel bad about one's defects I just go look at the other!! Haha!

I love the colors on the CGC 6.5 and the White Pages on the 5.0. Great books! Congrats.
Thank you! I like 'em quite a bit.

While I'm here....Hi everybody! My name is Travis and I'm located in Lafayette, LA. Been collecting since I was 9, but only really seriously in the past 3-4 years. I plan on submitting my very first comics for slabbing by CGC (after some pro pressing by Joe, hopefully) in the next month or two. I've really enjoyed reading the threads on this board and found some very helpful info on grading and restoration.

I'm quite enjoying reading these bios. (thumbs u
Very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink, he would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Some times he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy, the sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical, summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds, pretty standard really. At the age of 12 I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen, a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum, it's breathtaking, I suggest you try it.
Nice to meet you, Dr Evil!

Hey everyone! Pretty new here, mostly been testing my grading skills, but I thought I'd post my newest ebay acquisitions here for your inspection/enjoyment . I don't usually get 2 of the same book at the same time, but the prices were right and I just couldn't pass them up!
Are posts counts important to you?
