  1. Dark Knight Metal #1 Mattina variant s/s Mattina - $155 SOLD! to NYC13 3000 cpy print run One (1) copy available Add Snyder & Capullo - $40
  2. DARK ARK #1 (Phil Hester variant) s/s Juan Doe & Phil Hester - $120 An ark containing vampires, dragons, manticore----crawling with monsters and mythical creatures of every kind. What's not to like! Ten (10) spots to start---and I'll also look into getting remarks
  3. This next one, I'm actually pretty excited about. I love the premise. It's basically a story about who saved the mythical creatures of Earth when God flooded the planet during the biblical era. DARK ARK is from one of my favorite writers, Cullen Bunn and it drops this week from Aftershock Comics. There are two covers---standard cover by interior series artist JUAN DOE and variant cover by PHIL HESTER. The synopsis: The wickedness of mankind has moved the Creator to destroy the world by way of the flood. Noah has been tasked with building an ark to save his family and the animals of the world. But this is not Noah’s story. For darker powers have commanded the sorcerer Shrae to build his own ark and save the unnatural creatures of the world—such as the vampires, the dragons, the naga, and the manticore. But what will happen on a vessel crawling with monsters, where insidious intrigue and horrific violence are the rule of law? From writer Cullen Bunn (X-Men Blue, Deadpool, Venom) and artist Juan Doe (AMERICAN MONSTER, WORLD READER) comes a sinister tale of biblical proportions that HAD to be told at AfterShock Comics. And here's a URL link from an early review at Bleeding Cool. https://www.bleedingcool.com/2017/08/14/dark-ark-1-review-bunn-doe/ and then this break down here is informative as well http://comicbook.com/comics/2017/06/14/aftershock-dark-ark-1-series/ DARK ARK #1 (standard cover) s/s Juan Doe (and possibly Cullen Bunn) - $120 Ten (10) spots to start----and I'm going to look into getting a remark by Juan on the covers as well
  4. This book was offered in my Aug. thread----I just picked up a few more copies--- Batman Metal #1 (Jim Lee variant) s/s Jim Lee, Snyder & Capullo - $185
  5. Marvel Legacy #1 (Art Adams Exclusive cover A) s/s Art Adams - $135 Print run 2550 cps Jason Aaron add-on optional - $20
  6. I've locked a positive six spots for this one with 2 back ups just in case. VENOM #155 (Mattina 1:50 ratio variant) s/s Mattina - $225
  7. I'm actually kinda excited about this one. NIGHTWING: The New Order #1 (Paul Pope variant cover) s/s Paul Pope - $125 Eight (8) spots available If you know anything about Pope, you know he's a fan favorite, hard to get and doesn't do many appearances.
  8. It has! FINALLY! I just got this image a few minutes ago----I was a little concerned, but I have to say now looking at the final art, I'm very glad that (if anything) I over-ordered on this one. GREAT piece. I've got 30 of these coming in, but as mentioned in my OP on this book, I'm locking up 20 for s/s and otherwise just in case. HARLEY & IVY meet BETTY & VERONICA #1 Adam Hughes variant Still 15 spots available
  9. Starting a wait list now for additional cps of The REALM #1 signing tour exclusive! If you haven't picked up a copy of this book yet, run to your LCS and get a copy. It won't disappoint. Still copies left of cover A & B
  10. Okay----for you guys that have been asking about THE REALM #1 variant covers----and there are a few that are REALLY killer that I am looking into---but one of the rarest is this convention tour edition. ONLY available from Jeremy at the LCS signings for his 2017 REALM tour, it looks like there's not many shops on his tour, maybe a dozen (with the first being Golden Apple today.) I'll be seeing him on this tour and will be picking up copies. It's solid black, as pictured----I'll be getting more than I need, but depending on how things go, I don't want to be carting this particular book around from event to event. So I would like to guarantee Jeremy Haun only for now---I'll make a judgement call if I can transport these to get Seth Peck without scuffing the covers. LOW print run. The reviews I've read online today on this book are really REALLY good, and everyone is confirming this is the first Image book with real heat behind it for a long time. I'm going to sit down and read this tonight, but the art and premise look tight. I think this book is a home run. It may not be a problem, but let's call the additional Seth Peck signature gravy. I will try to get re-marks though---no promises, but I'll ask. THE REALM #1 (signing tour exclusive) s/s Haun - $145 Ten (10) spots to start
  11. DARK NIGHT METAL #1 (Sienkiewicz virgin variant) - $175 SOLD OUT! (the other variants are still available) Snyder & Capullo optional, add $45 three cps available 1) Chazgee 2) NYC13 3) Shreepatel
  12. DARK NIGHT METAL #1 (Sienkiewicz sketch variant) - $155 Snyder & Capullo optional, add $45 three cps available
  13. Scored three cps of each of these Jetpack/Forbidden comics Bill Sienkiewicz variant covers today----they're super tight compared to other variant covers that I saw for DNM #1. Print run is clearly low on these, albeit I couldn't get hard numbers, based on typical numbers, I have to guess 1000, 1500 and 2000 cps print run DARK NIGHT METAL #1 (Sienkiewicz standard variant) - $135 Snyder & Capullo optional, add $45 three cps available
  14. Couple things everyone might want to know when they're picking up books today--- Teen Titans #12 variant cover----back covers have significant production issues. Dark Night Metal #2 Jim Lee variant----check front and back covers for divots. They look like someone smacked a pencil point on them. It's not consistent, but it's there. Production, but still. You'll want to watch for this.
