Couple things to bring up tonight as I prep for Great Lakes Con in Detroit this weekend---- 1) Any stragglers who have books for the Great Lakes show, I MUST have them in hand Thursday. Flight leaves at 10 PM Some great guests, including JIM SHOOTER. 2) This is the show where I'm getting done the Amaz. SM #23 GL variants that I offered a few months ago for pre-sale. It's the Keith Pollard variant (the original cover art he produced for Amaz. SM 194 back in the day. I'm still taking pre-orders if anyone is interested in 9.8 s/s Keith Pollard on this book. All books are 9.8 delivered. Print run is 3000 cps. Cost is $155 s/s Pollard or $115 universal blue label 9.8 If you buy 2 or more, take a 10% discount off the combined total. 3) MOTOR CITY COMICON in MAY. I always forget this show. I do this one every year, and I think I neglected to add this to my earlier itinerary at the start of this thread. So if you have books for this show, I would need them by May 15th. http://motorcitycomiccon.com/ Guests include Ron Perlman, John Barrowman, Ian Michael Smith, Anthony Michael Hall, Marky Ramone, Michael Rooker, Sean Gunn, Robin Lord Taylor, Shannon Elizabeth, Bernard Chang, Dave Gibbons, Howard Chaykin, Jose Delbo, Mark Farmer, Mike McKone, Simon Bisley, Tim Bradstreet, Yanick Paquette and the list continues to grow every month. 4) Dork Buzz, just saw your question about Laura Martin----she will COLOR a sketch, but she doesn't actually DO sketches per se.

New TUSKEGEE AIRMEN signing op Lt. Col. ALEXANDER JEFFERSON
Rich_Henn replied to Rich_Henn's topic in The Signature Room
Current update on this signing with Jefferson----looking to push this to mid-March. Was hoping to get this done sooner, but Mr. Jefferson has other obligations. This week I should be able to finalize what I have available from my own inventory and then provide pricing for those books as well as pricing for whatever books you guys want to send my way. Going to look at some more RAW copies of Dreaming Eagles as well. -
I wanted to take a moment to clear up what may have been some confusion, because I don't take the time to post the following in every single post that I make. I initially thought that I was transparent at the beginning of every monthly pre-sale thread. All my books, every post, every book that I offer is a guaranteed 9.8 delivered to your door. I thought that this was common knowledge at this point, but it has been brought to my attention that I may have been vague on this. It was recently brought to my attention that because I didn't put the following verbiage into every single post that I make with my pre-sale offers, there was some question as to the grade that I was offering. All books that I solicit are guaranteed 9.8 delivered, all costs inclusive of the price attached. I don't repeat that verbiage with every post because I feel that it is redundant. But anybody who knows my reputation on these boards knows that I offer nothing but the finest 9.8 candidates. If there is ever a moment where I am not able to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances, a phone call is always placed to that customer to ask how they would wish to proceed. Whether it is a full refund, a credit, a different book, it is entirely up to you. I have probably had to make that phone call less than a dozen times in the last five years. If there is any question as to the validity of what I offer by all means, feel free to ask questions. I try to be as transparent as possible. I only mention this again because a question was recently raised in regards to the fact that grades are not assigned with every post. Please move forward with every book that I present with the reassurance that my business model is, has been, and always will be 9.8 delivered unless otherwise noted. There have been some books offered in the past where I do state that I feel these are potential lesser grades, but that typically is only in regards to books that date back 20 years or further. Not new moderns. I encourage all past, present and future customers to to proceed with the assurance that they will always be taken care of to the best of my ability and beyond.
