  1. More s/s Bruce Jones----good luck getting him again. Tough as nails to "nail" down, I think that mid-west show was his first in years. I remember he was scheduled for one in Dallas last year, and cancelled. Talking to Bruce, he's just not interested in comics anymore. He's focusing on novels now.
  2. Star Trek Voyager - Splashdown #1 CGC 9.8 s/s Kate Mulgrew The only graded copy on census to date, no blue Universal either. Tried to find just a standard #1 of Voyager but couldn't---end of the day, this seemed like the best choice anyway.
  3. Star Trek Generations #nn CGC 9.8 s/s William Shatner, Patrick Stewart, Kate Mulgrew, Avery Brooks & Scott Bakula. Picking one book for all the captains was difficult, but this seemed to be the best choice. It was this or a DC comics ST #1 with just the Enterprise on it.
  4. This was the year that I pretty much all but completed my s/s run on Alien Worlds, Alien Encounters and Twisted Tales. Corben, Bruce Jones, John Bolton, Dorman, Stout, Ken Steacy and more---but THIS book (and my TT #3 s/s Corben and Jones) are my new grails. Thanks to JJ and Ryan Patterson for making this happen! Twisted Tales #5 CGC 9.8 s/s Richard Corben & Bruce Jones
  5. Peter Porker, Spectacular Spider-Ham #1 CGC 9.8 s/s Stan Lee *(only s/s copy)
  6. Hitman #1 CGC 9.9 s/s John McCrea *(my orig. copy that I p/u off the stand---or in this case, LCS)
  7. Invisibles #1 (vol2) CGC 9.8 s/s Brian Bolland and Phil Jimenez *(one of the best comics I've ever read) There are two (yes, two, I know) on census, but I'm the owner of both copies. (Fingh, does that count or no?)
  8. Dragonslayer #1 CGC 9.8 s/s Earl Norem (cover artist) I had to sub something like six cps to land the only 9.8
  9. What? This thread really older then five weeks with a post? Man, I go away for a few weeks and things fall away! Batman Gotham Knights 59 CGC 9.8 s/s Jae Lee *(thanks to BK for this --- Brian, was this the only Jae Lee s/s to date?)
  10. Keeping with my Spectre theme today---- Charles Vess and George Pratt
  11. Updating the Spectre run today, scanned these bad boys. Glenn Fabry Garry Leach Bill Sienkiewicz John Bolton Bart Sears
  12. X-Files #1 s/s Anderson, Spotnik, Carter and Bowman Got the b/w ashcan variant same grade sigs too, and I thought I have scans of my Buckaroo Banzai #1 and #2 (Marvel) CGC 9.8 s/s Peter Weller somewhere, guess I never scanned them.
  13. Thomas hits the dark areas with a black sharpie every time.
  14. Did Jeri Ryan cancel WWPhilly? I can't find her on that guest list anymore :-(
  15. Someone told me (after the fact) that he's been to a few SDCC, but I've honestly never seen him. Artist alley maybe? AA has changed a lot over the last dozen years. It's now a hot zone, where as I remember going into AA and you could practically see the tumbleweeds blowing by.
  16. And here's the whole reason why I went to London in the first place------ Well, this---and dinner with John Bolton. And the drinking with Garry Leach. That rocked too.
  17. I've since found the comics I needed elsewhere while waiting for the invoice that never came.
  18. Thanks to Jakey! Amaz. SM 361 s/s David Michelinie
  19. Big shout out thanks to JJ and Harmon for these! Big Kudos! Signed and sketched Tony Moore
