  1. Dragao Stranger Things CGC 9.9 s/s Millie Bobby Brown - $495 - $395 Print run only 100 cps. Back before her autograph fee was pushing that $200 mark too.
  2. Starting this thread off with a recent favorite. To the best of my knowledge, there are only two (2) Mia Farrow books in the s/s census. CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA #1 CGC 9.8 s/s Mia Farrow, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa & Robert Hack - $1100 - $900
  3. Many board members (both old and new) most likely know who Paul Litch is. He's one of the most beloved people over at CGC. Selfless, kind hearted, all around good guy. Speaking for myself, I've been part of the CGC family now for over 17 years. Paul Litch was one of the very first people I met at CGC. He grew on me very quickly, and taught me a lot about grading. He was one of the first friends I made in this community. I always look forward to seeing him at a show when he traveled, even if it was for just a few minutes. Earlier this year, both of Paul's kidney's shut down due to Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis, a rare form of a kidney disease. Now he's on dialysis on a daily basis, and awaiting a kidney transplant. The expenses for both medication, upcoming surgery, extensive medical bills (not to mention day to day) are significant. Our own Brittany McManus at CGC set up a GO FUND ME page earlier this year, to which the URL link is below, and donations can be made. This thread is something that I've wanted to get going for a while now, inspired by the many benefit threads I've seen on our message boards over the years. Skypinkblue (Sharon) has been a champion of these threads over the years, and it's amazing what I've seen our community do over the years. On a personal note, I wanted to say how much I love Litchy. I think about him every day, and I recently learned that his kidney transplant is on the horizon. I hope as a community we can help raise some money to help our guy. I invite any board members to contribute to this thread----if you have a book you'd like to toss into the thread for sale, please have at it. Many of the benefit threads over the years have not been local to just one seller----it's not unusual to see dozens of board members offer up books from their collections to benefit a sales thread. My personal rules are standard for sales threads----the price point listed includes shipping (unless you're outside the U.S.). Then it's based on weight of pkg via Priority Mail. If you are going to contribute a book to this thread, to keep it simple, I would only ask that your shipping fees are included in the price of the book. In other words, if you're donating a book to the thread, please donate your shipping costs (again, unless the buyer is outside the U.S.), then discuss with your buyer how much that would run to ship based on weight. Other rules: No returns. No buyers remorse. No probies or HoS. Below is the GO FUND ME for Paul, if anyone would like to donate directly. https://www.gofundme.com/f/paul-litch-kidney-transplant Thank you one and all.
  4. @Shockmaster Get in touch with me on Monday. I might go if you want to send items. I know the autographs won't be cheap but if you really want to get them I can probably get it done

  8. Some last additions to this thread----I'm holding out now for the annual Black Friday sales thread next month. However--- Special Marvel Edition #15 CGC 9.0 s/s Starlin, Milgrom & Englehart - $1995 white pages Honestly really does present better in hand----it really should go in for re-evaluation 1st appearance of Shang Chi. Relatively rare Steve Englehart signature, but not many have all three creators on it. A 9.0 s/s with just Starlin just went for $1500 this month.
  9. I never offer sketch ops----they're a pain. Huge pain. HOWEVER----I picked up a handful of the DETECTIVE #1000 sketch cover blanks, and Graham Nolan is at Rhode Island this weekend. He doesn't do many shows, but if there's interest in sketches on these blanks by Nolan, LMK and what your budget is. I know his full figure vs bust vs pencils vs inks are all subjective. I've got THREE (3) spots.
  10. @Shockmaster A little more information. Where is it, when is it, a URL link perhaps. Baltimore is my back yard. Depending on when/where, I may look into it. Also, who are you looking to get signatures from. Sounds expensive.

  16. Well, I haven't done this for a while---- Apparently this is the only graded copy on census. No other yellow----certainly no blue. The lone graded copy. David Anthony Craft's Comics Interview #31 CGC 9.8 s/s Frank Miller If this publication is 1985, is it possible this image is the first published image of DKR? It most certainly pre-dates DKR #1
  17. Fast payment and great communication, always a pleasure to work with!
