You might have better books to show us, but will you sell another top census book? I've sold many top census books....but nothing really good since that WWBN 1! $1700 for a WWBN is crazy, i wonder what they got for it Who cares. I paid $20 for it raw. Yup...exactly. I know that it must be from the production because I've seen it on the BC of many 100 pagers and never the front. Plus, it's always straight so it must be from a blade.

Do you mean shaped like this? No, it's just a straight vertical cut on the BC usually around an inch long from the bottom and around an inch away from the spine.

How about those 100 page giants which seem to have an inch or longer cut on the BC that is straight. It looks like it was from the trimming but why?

Was that from that batch of Bronze Age books Showcase had in CBG back around 1997 or 1998 that were almost all graded NM 96-98 (using the outdated nomenclature)? I got some beautiful books from that bunch too: Batman 262, Superman 253, a few others. Shockingly good deals by today's standards, though at the time I felt raped by the prices. Probably...as they used to send me catalogs. Luckily...the listed the Dark Mansion of Forbidden Love 1 as Forbidden Love 1 so I was able to snag it at a good price.

Which one 'ya get? Already after them after that sweet one from greggy I got his Unexpected 157, now a 9.4 has popped up and greggy is after it Thrill bid only. Already have a 9.4. Plus, the seller's reserve seems to be high. Really want his other books though.
