This is the same with bags which I've opened. Generally they aren't as bad as with UF 4 and other bags. I've noticed that these bags generally result in higher grade books than most.

They are supposed to deduct it when you charge your first order. They have done it correctly the last few years I've signed up but there have been instances where it's been missed initially and had to be fixed. -

The code is used by fortnight players to be able to get some "skins" for the game so they can change the look of their player. The fortnight players are only buying the comic for the code and don't really care for the comic.

I didn't get it from Gerber. Not sure if you know Derek Woywood but I bought it from him. He was able to get two cases from a source. Gerber apparently not making archives until next year at the earliest.
