  1. Got another page from the first issue of Loki: Agent of Asgard. A retro splash homage to the first Avengers cover.
  2. Well since I'm about to pay this off next week and should be receiving it soon, I wanted to show my second real 'grail' page. From Uncanny X-men Annual #9. It will probably be the only Arthur Adams page I ever own. But for the characters featured on the page and one of the best parts of the issue, it's worth it to me.
  3. Another page from Lee Garbett. End splash from Loki: Agent of Asgard #1 http://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1095283
  4. Getting this page from Lee Garbett, from the All New Marvel Now Point One issue that came out a couple weeks ago. It's the first appearance of Loki on page in his new series.
  5. Valerio Schiti just finished this for me. Loki vs. Sif. The piece on my CAF
  6. Classic Loki in homage to the style of John Buscema, by Valerio Schiti (in fact a specific homage to the Loki splash in Silver Surfer #4)
  7. I watched him paint some of it but he worked on it so long I couldnt stay the entire time to watch. I saw all the major parts completed though. And I watched him paint my friends entire commission start to finish(he invited us behind his table to watch in artist alley for that one.) And when we got a picture with Esad and our commissions at the end of the show. This NYCC was quite the experience for us, as you can tell. (Also, another friend of mine got a commission not shown here. And if you search Ribic on CAF, she has posted hers too. A very ah.... nsfw Thor)
  8. (yes I posted it in three places, but I'm just really really pleased with how it turned out) Esad Ribic at NYCC 2013
  9. Two commissions that DanielHDR did for me on his NYCC list that I will pick up in a little over a week. I asked for a classic style Loki and a more Simonson era Loki. Im pleased with the results.
  10. Jason Metcalf just finished a commission for me: Loki's Torment
  11. Im getting five pages from Al Barrionuevo after making a deal with his rep over the past couple months. Loki Vol 2(Trials of Loki) #4 page 1 splash: Loki Vol 2 #4 page 4 (Loki confronts the troll) Loki Vol 2 #4 page 5 (Loki slays the troll) Loki Vol 4 #4 page 6 (You pray to Loki) Marvel Zombies Destroy #3 pg20 (encountering Loki on the train) And I already put these in the commissions thread but I'll stick them here too. Two Loki commissions from Esad Ribic from Chicago Comic Con: And the NSFW one I will stick behind a link. This one actually earned me my first 'favorited' piece on CAF: NSFW Loki painting by Esad Ribic
  12. I got this page last week. Nevermind the lighting of the photo. The page is actually pristine white. Billy Tan's Loki is one of my favorite modern versions of Loki (though with my forum name, thats sort of obvious). Im happy to have a page of him scheming with Doctor Doom before Siege.
  13. So whats the policy on truly NSFW commissions? Linking? Because Esad painted a second one for me. But it shows a bit more than the first. Bit might be the operative word here. NSFW Loki commission by Esad Ribic This wasn't actually my idea. The first one was. THIS one was a surprise that he painted on his own, but not an unwelcome one. Since I bought it.
  14. Im getting a commission from Esad Ribic at Chicago Wizard World. Im not actually there, but Anthony emailed me a pic of my finished commission: Partially nude Loki. Sort of NSFW?
  15. Purchased a page of OA from Robert(From Esad Ribic's 'Loki') and the transaction went smoothly. He even helped me acquire another piece besides this.
  16. Just got art in the mail from forum member crassus and Ruben of comicbookartgallery and I know I posted these a few pages back when I first was purchasing them but they are gorgeous in person and I wanted to show them again. My first inked cover. The Mighty Thor Vol 2 #64 by Ben and Ray Lai. This is a piece I had been actively hunting for, and it turned up from me posting that I was looking for Loki art. Thanks to forum member crassus for letting me know who had it and that it was available! And also thanks to crassus I got my fourth page from the Loki 2004 series by Esad Ribic. Gorgeous watercolors. I might be biased but no one compares to Ribic in watercolors to me.
  17. Worked with Andrea DiVito to get five pages he did from Avengers Season One (1, 2, 4, 96 and 100). He is one of the politest artists Ive even had a transaction with.
  18. Got a page from Wellinton Alves out of Red She-Hulk #65 (pictured along with the published page for reference)
  19. Since we are on the subject of Matt Fraction doodles... He spent a couple minutes cheerfully drawing a storm cloud over Serrure on the cover of The Mighty Thor #617 for me.
  20. Would love to dig up the location of even just one of these pages from Uncanny X-Men Annual #9 (Arthur Adams) I dont remember these exact page #s My favorite two are the one where Loki has a doll of Ororo (which is the last page in the issue) and the page where Loki was hiding under a table.
  21. Thanks to board member crassus and a friend of his he directed me to, I will soon be adding another Ribic page from Loki and a Thor cover from 1998 that I actually have been actively looking for... Loki #2 pg4 of Loki cutting off Sif's hair (like in the myth) (by Esad Ribic) The cover of The Mighty Thor: Lord of Asgard #64 (part 5 of Spiral) (Ben and Ray Lai) Im super excited about both pieces. And this will be my third cover with Loki on it.
  22. I've always been fond of this sort of silly two part story that Straczynski and Romita Jr. did with Spider-man and Loki. Finally was able to acquire a page from one of the two issues. It is my first JRJR page.
