    I wonder if it was they same one that sold on eBay at the end of Sept. Only went for $173. It was not the same one, he got it from ebay few years back for 160$ 9.6 SS Stan lee .. Sold it for 250$

    Back in Aug, 9.8 SS sold for 2250$ Only 4 9.8 SS on the census.... 11 blue 9.8's 29 all said and done that are graded.. Just talking about this book makes me want to find one now..

    Image produced numerous versions of #2 of Danger Girl and this is the rarest of all. This is in fact a variant of a variant: there is a "Smoking gun" variant, which had a print run of 4,000 copies and two variants of that: a platinum foil logo variant (1,000 copies) and this comic, which has a dark red foil logo giving it its name: The Ruby red variant (400 copies). As a side note, Artist J. Scott Campbell was apparently appauled at the number of variants produced in the series and also the pricing of them. Danger Girl #2 Ruby Red Smoking Gun Variant CGC have graded around 6.5% of the total print run on the Ruby Red variant and high grade copies can realize well over $1,000. Given the age of the comic, prices will have settled down so are unlikely to reduce, especially given the low print run.     Every time you get a 9.4 and below on moderns you should get punched. That X-men 266 CGC 9.0 should make you leave the hobby. If grades are all that you care about, you should leave the hobby.
