  1. I believe that Monopoly comes out on the 23rd and Risk on the 30th. -shawn Appreciate the info!
  2. I still love it, but I would like it to get back to a more regular release schedule (crazy me).
  3. Did TWD Risk and Monopoly games end up coming out yesterday? I had them preordered on Amazon and the release date still shows 10/2, but both listings still say "available for preorder." Anyone have any info on this?
  4. I love the book to death, and I love the current arc. The book still surprises me and still gets my emotions going. My hope? Negan isn't dead in 125 or 126. Too predictable. Don't stick to the predefined 6 issue "blocks" of story. My guess? Some how, some way, he will become a zombie before this is over. I also like the hints that the zombies will be coming back in big (and surprising) ways. I don't feel that the book is lacking for them, but I look forward to their return to the spotlight. I love this book!
  5. Did you catch the last line (or so) of Negan's "song" before that happened?...
  6. Agreed! One of my favorite moments was the last page: As insane has some of his quotes are it's nice to see that in the WD universe the characters still have some of the same reactions that I do to what he says.
  7. The synopsis for #114 is posted up at roamersandlurkers.com if anyone feels like spoiling themselves. I don't recommend it...it's just 1 more day!
  8. Looks a bit like The Punisher The flames (?) in the background reminds me of the #43 cover:
  9. Preview for #114 is up...looks good! http://www.thewalkingdead.com/the-walking-dead-114-preview/
  10. Here's the Wizard World Ohio WD #1 cover: http://dailydead.com/new-wizard-world-ohio-variant-cover-art-for-the-walking-dead-1/
  11. Just got around to posting this page up. Thanks Jerry for being willing to part with this page for a fair price, and for such a smooth transaction. It's definitely the highlight of my collection so far.
  12. I tried to buy that page May 24th when it was "on hold," though I don't think Mark got back to me nor did I expect him to given its status. It's a great page!
  13. As a new collector, I agree with your insights 100%. Though a common page to some may have some special meaning to others. My first purchases from Mark were 3 pages from #102 that just have Andrea and Rick talking, but I loved their interaction, Rick's hopelessness and guilt that came across so clearly in the writing, and the strength that Andrea provided..."It's not your fault when someone dies. It's your fault when the rest of us live." As much as I love that page and the related pages I understand that they don't exactly shine like diamonds in my collection from the outsider's perspective. Though, like you said, there are *a lot* of pages on hold currently. The last few "on hold" pages that I saw ended up showing up on Anthony's site for sale a few weeks later which makes me wonder.
  14. Agreed 100%, but after AoW ends it will be extra painful waiting a whole month.
  15. The last cover is up...the last image isn't all that surprising (unless you are Carl or Rick). http://www.thewalkingdead.com/the-walking-dead-115-all-covers/
  16. I think the Michonne cover is my favorite of each that has been revealed so far. Least favorite is probably the bottom right corner, the most recent image with Ezekiel.
  17. We are on the money so far! Michonne and her pets for cover #9. http://www.thewalkingdead.com/the-walking-dead-115-ninth-cover/
  18. Agreed Seconded. Top row...I want to say the image of her walking up with her pets but that was already a cover image and I don't see any cover images repeated here. *shrug* I'm at a loss.
  19. Top page? "We are the walking dead!" Though I agree, it's unlikely. Bottom page? I'd bet on Carl getting it in the eye. It fits with the chronology. Could that be his shoulder poking out on the right? Probably not, but just a guess
  20. Agreed...I can appreciate seeing a fresh take on some of the most memorable events from the past 10 years. If anything there is a great nostalgia factor, and I can't wait to line them all up in front of myself in person.
