  1. I have a huge weak spot for Artgerm and AH covers. Either of those two would be amazing!
  2. +1000 and please stay with legacy numbering. Love the book and I really believe readership will grow with each TPB.
  3. I've been on board since 215's #1 but didn't buy the treasury until the 13th. Same day as the announcement! Fast forward nearly a week and it's yet to ship so it'll be on the way soon. I might try and get all my books together for a group shot though I don't have any slabbed copies.
  4. I preordered this variant and will be a little disappointed if they release a recycled commission. The art is beautiful but I was hoping she'd be in costume. Just seems strange it wouldn't be something new.
  5. It's real of course, just not published in 1993. Why don't you think it was published in 1993? Because there's no evidence that it was. Fair enough. But. 65 episodes had aired by Sep 1993, with Harley's first appearance being in 'Joker's Favour', Sep 11, 1992. As we all know, cartoons aren't just about entertainment, they're also about selling merchandise. The toys, for example, were out in '92 or '93, depending on who you ask. I'm not advocating that this coloring book is collectable. I'm just saying, as a BTAS buff, it could have been published in '93. If you want to make money from a successful cartoon, you'd be getting every bit of merchandise you can out there, pronto. considering i was literally watching BTAS about a month ago, i recall Harley first appeared in the Second season of BTAS. she had a very small part. and i believe that was around 92-93. As far a coloring book goes, i doubt it'll start catching any value.... i don't believe CGC will start grading coloring books, and quite frankly its ridiculous to think people would actually spend any coin on a coloring book with her in it... besides those hard core Harley fans. Except that some enterprising dealer has already sold one for $40, and is now pitching a copy for $85. I saw this tonight and found it interesting. Also see they sold the $84.99 copy and now has one listed at $104.99
  6. I put a regular cover A online about a month ago. I was at the LCS about an hour ago when my phone alerted me that my auction ended. I come on here and now have my answer as to why it sold. Great book and very happy to hear it's been optioned. The cartoon should be great.
  7. I preordered three copies of 127 from Midtown that shipped yesterday. Tracking number already moving on ups website. they're in decent condition.
  8. My first post on the WD thread. Read #127 today and loved it. I kept thinking what if this new group is somehow connected to the sister show they're supposed to be producing? I think we're only a couple years in the future but cool to think about
  9. I know Superman Adventures #5 was mentioned not long ago but the book is getting even hotter: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Superman-Adventures-5-1st-First-Apperance-of-Livewire-DC-Comics-1997-/351066576953?pt=US_Comic_Books&hash=item51bd32d839
  10. I wonder if Hastings didn't want to sell through all their inventory at the $9.99 sale price and held some back to charge the full SRP on a few?
  11. I'm very happy to hear this as I was lucky enough to grab a copy this morning. The cover is very simple yet attractive.
  12. I recently purchased a mystery box from John. Communication was great and I received the box very quickly. Everything was packaged well and the overall experience was perfect. I'll definitely watch for his future items. Thanks!
