Monday September the 28th book shipped and few hours later PayPal claim filed by Shoomanfoo. 4 different PMs same day complaining about sig confirmation sent to me. Wednesday September 30th book signed for and case changed from item not as described to DAMAGED. I accepted the return with suspicion. Tuesday October 6th the return package arrives back and no comic inside. Immediately respond to the case with info but unfortunately PayPal didn't get the response. Saturday October 10th, case closed in buyers favor. I appealed the case and this time added info correctly. Sent more info after @Beige suggested package weight and police report. Sunday October 11th called back to follow up on package weight info along with police report. SLAM DUNK CASE CLOSED.

I will from now on. Solid CYA advice.

Originally PayPal ruled in his favor based on the tracking info. I had to appeal the decision of that ruling. The appealed case is now closed and I've got my funds for the book. PayPal has informed me that they have filed an official press of charges towards the buyer and do not want him on their site. On a side note, PayPal hooked me up with a web site. REPORT FILED ON THIS SITE.

Its all together. Everything he sent is stored in a safe place.

I simply asked for F&F but Shoomanfoo declined. An invoice was created and sent via PayPal for this transaction.

Unfortunately, I had already dropped it off at the post office a few hours before this. This was originally an Item not as described case. Then he changed it to DAMAGED after he received it. I never received any emails asking about the package prior to Monday the 28th.
