  1. Oh wow... That is stunning. Also, I hope i'm not too late!
  2. I'm gonna agree that this might be my favorite cover yet. This one is a beaut
  3. I'm incredibly jealous of your 4. I offered the guy in the auction a few pages up $385 for his, but he rejected it. If he did eventually sell it, I wonder what he it went for.
  4. Here's the quick sketch of The Crow that Nick did for me:
  5. Good.. I'm in the market for one. Unfortunately there's only one 9.8 on ebay with a $650 BIN or best offer, or a 9.6 with a 9.8 first print for $400
  6. I saw this on there as well, great pick up!
  7. I had a friend of mine pick one up for me on Thursday, so I haven't gotten mine yet. Can't wait to get it though!
  8. Nick really was great. He was doing a signing at the Image Booth today, just after he was signing at his booth for about an hour, and he really didn't have anyone there. My cousin wanted to play the Dark Souls 2 demo, so I took him to that, and my girlfriend went over to the Image booth with the trade, and they just talked about it for a while. It's really awesome that my favorite book has creators behind it who are just as dedicated to the fans, as the fans are to the stories they're telling!
  9. This is really awesome! I stopped by his booth today and, I got my sketch variant done. He usually doesn't take requests he said, but because my girlfriend said some really great things about his art, he drew a quick headshot of The Crow on mine, which was pretty awesome. I also ended up buying the black and white print he had available.
  10. I plan on sending my fist batch of books in soon.. I'm hoping I'll get a 9.6 for em. Congrats man!
  11. The way I view this image is that we (the viewer) are looking up into the monitor (face) from the 'missionary position' at the moment of the (Prince?) Robot's orgasm. Whether we (the viewer) are male or female is up to debate until the issue arrives. What do you guys see? A schooner. A schooner is a sailboat, stupidhead. ...and I laugh every time I see that scene. I think I'm going to bust out Mallrats and Clerks tomorrow ( I'm off ) and get over the fact that I can't be in NYC. *slowclap*
  12. I live in Bayonne.. Just incase you don't know where that is, it's in North Jersey, by Jersey City, Newark, and Hoboken.
  13. I used to be a big Marvel guy, but I'm kinda having a falling out with super hero books, so I've been getting into Image more. I still read my favorite Marvel Heroes, as my name implies, I love Iron Man and I'm collecting every back issue I can get my hands on, but when it comes to what I read, Image is just high quality. Books like Harvest, Comeback, Saga, Thief of Thieves, and East of West are just too great, and really push the medium in a way that is sorely lacking in the Big 2.
  14. Thanks! A little about myself: I'm 22, from NJ Currently in my collection is East of West 1-5 x2, 6, Forbidden Planet and Ghost Variants for 1, Blank cover for 4.. Just missing that c2e2 one, but I'm gonna start looking into getting one. Other notables is a full run of Manhattan Projects and Thief of Thieves
  15. Hey guys, New to the forum, but I joined because of this thread. Like you all, I freaking love East of West! I actually don't own a CGC comic, but this is the series that is gonna start my off on that.
