The original art's current location is unknown; Oliver never saw the original art again once he handed it over to the production.August 1977, 45 years ago: Richard Donner shoots the interior portion of the Kansas Star train sequence with Kirk Alyn and Noel Neill (who had originally portrayed Superman/Clark Kent and Lois Lane, respectively, in the 1948 serial “Superman” and the 1950 serial “Atom Man vs. Superman”). The scene - with dialogue - will not appear until the extended TV broadcast in February 1982Filming at the Kent Farm 45 years ago this month A Superman: The Movie press junket featuring Ilya Salkind with his kids, Christopher Reeve, Sarah Douglas, Richard Donner and Pierre Spengler.
