I was underwhelmed at the theater but really enjoyed the movie watching it again at home. Ayo's fight scenes are awesome. It had smart messaging about current issues while steering clear of political hot buttons at the same time. And that war rhino...oh yeah, need me one of those.

Smell can hurt the grade. Overstreet mentions odor in their grading guidelines. It can turn buyers off. On a nice, dry, sunny day, try leaving them outdoors, sheltered from birds flying overhead. Some people recommend unscented fabric sheets to help remove smells. Some people enclose the books in comic bags and put that in or on top of kitty litter. I would not dry clean or certify those comics, especially the Ms. Marvel. You might be able to sell them here, especially if you have a forum member who can vouch for you.

6.5 on Avengers. I might go 6.0 on the Ms. Marvel. That corner really junks it up, but the rest presents much better.

I will venture a I'd grade it higher if not for the creasing over the last S in CORLISS and the last R in ARCHER.

I have sent many books to another pressing service, and that gentleman told me that he sees GSX #1 all the time because of the rippling from glue. He certainly took care of 1 or 2 of my king-sizes with spines like that. Like Joey, he noted that you want someone experienced doing it. I see a lot of amateurs out there. I would never use anyone other than a pro like Joey, Hero Restoration, or someone known and well vetted by collectors.

I love that the soldier looks like he came out of an Archie comic. Has a modern feel to it, little touch of irony there.

Yes. If you pay by card before the the entire auction has ended, they will ship your stuff out pronto. I have one item I bid on ending 5 days from now. I wish someone would outbid me so that I could go ahead and pay.

I enjoy reading non-fiction about comic history, various artists, and the like. Right now, I'm finishing The History of the DC Universe and will start Comic Shop next. Can anyone recommend any books on that get into the creative, artistic, editorial, or other aspects of actual comic creation? I need some resources for a work project. Thanks!

I haven't explored why I'm being told six listings need revised returns policies. Is everyone being coerced into thirty days return and paying return shipping? I've been selling small stuff. Returns would drive me straight into the red. I do accept them, but at their cost and in 14 days.
