  1. He kind of sputtered out. Was late getting some books to people, had some issues finding work, disappeared from the boards.
  2. Use highgradecomics.com want list. Bob will hunt for you.
  3. I'm selling and not buying this time. I'm ahead of my estimates so far, so it looks to be a good auction so far from my pov.
  4. We are not understanding one another. It's not a matter of the set editor not accepting a certification. Rather, the view in set editor does not show the 30 cent variants, despite them being in the set list. For example, here is the view of the set editor for Warlock (1972). Notice that a user can enter values for all listings, including the 30 cent variants. Contrast that with the set editor view of Warlock #9-#15 Starlin Thanos. The 30 cent variants do not appear. There is no field for them where a user can enter a certification number.
  5. I see then there, too, but what am I missing in the set editor? It does me no good if I can't enter them.
  6. Sales threads are so hit and miss, and I think they've been on a downturn lately. I have a short box plus a few more to get rid of, but I will probably try to work a deal with a dealer and just take the loss in order to move them all.
  7. Some people consider pressing to be resto. And then what do you have? New hate pressed back into old hate condition. So yeah, I'm down for that. Gimme that old time hate.
  8. Steranko broke the mold on paneling in a lot of ways. Nowadays, seeing his stuff is a bit like watching Citizen Kane. It's easy to overlook what's groundbreaking about these things when they created the devices that all the work since uses.
  9. Depends if it's in the new-old or new-new slab. Hate doesn't look nearly as good with those Newton rings.
  10. RIP Bernie One of the greats
  11. I keep them until I have a few and then mail them the labels.
  12. You need to go into business with another Marwood: Marwood & I & Marwood. It's a sure-fire winner.
  13. I hate the new hate. The old hate was better. At least it was familiar.
  14. Spring allergies and a morning nose bleed. Fool me once, new boards.
