  1. Any more Allred? X-Statix? Thanks.
  2. loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool Do they even have a character limit on usernames?
  3. Just a reminder that I claimed the DHP 36. ✌️🙂
  4. I'm hoping to see some declines. I'd like to snag an UF4 as Miles and select members of his cohorts of next gen heroes will get further immortalized by Disney and Marvel in games, books, merchandise, you name it. But I'm not going to pay these recent top line prices.
  5. I don't buy as much as I once did, but I still window shop the same places. ebay comiclink (auctions and exchange) mycomicshop highgradecomics wwcomics these boards, especially for some specific sellers Myslabs isn't on my radar. I think I bought from them once, but the website's layout and filters make it too clumsy and time-consuming. IG and Facebook, I don't do, in part because I intentionally limit my activity on those sites, but also because it's just not a great buying venue imho. I know some dealers and sellers do really well on IG, and I even follow a few, but when I look at posts and such on IG, the layout bugs me. I spent a little bit of time buying on FB 2-3 years ago, but it was just a ****show of god knows who selling god knows what. And I don't care about live auctions. They are usually tedious personalities dragging you through reams of bad books to get to a few nice books; surely, some are well done, but it's just not for me.
  6. As my back has decided to age at twice the normal human rate, short boxes stored off the floor matter a great deal to me. When I see dealers moving long boxes at shows, my bad discs do a collective spasm.
  7. It's like putting traffic offenders with felons imo. And it puts a figurative policeman wagging his finger over an otherwise jovial event like this. "Let's do a gift exchange ! Or else... ."
  8. Then I don't see what we gain with a HOS nomination. Just keep a Scrooge list and leave it at that.
  9. Why not just disallow him from participating in future such events? It's not very community friendly to have this unwritten rule that not following through on a good-spirited community activity will land you in the worst penalty box we have.
  10. Comics carry much greater cultural cachet, even more so in the era of MCU, not to mention other media. Games alone have a massive audience for these characters. Coins and stamps never had anything like that.
  11. Beats me, but my tattooist considers them an investment. I kept my mouth shut when he told me that. No way someone's going to retire on those, except for the IP license holders.
