  1. Hmm something I just noticed about my Ashcan. It's still listed on it's own census page... very odd. I know it's the sdcc version but it's not listed with the rest. http://www.cgccomics.com/census/grades_standard.asp?ComicID=123946
  2. ZaCrew Don't you kind of wish they differentiated the two different Ashcans? Both of ours are now going to be listed in the same Census even though they are technically different. (ie page count)
  3. I wonder if there will be a flurry of snipers right at the end.
  4. Maybe now that Frank provided that info they will change any future labels of Ashcans?
  5. Yeah the 8.5 Ashcan is the only one slabbed at the moment. Yeah I did a slow sub on all my SDCC books. I'm never in a rush for that stuff since I don't flip or sell. It's just my personal collection.
  6. Finally got my SDCC submissions back. Here's a (crappy cellphone) picture of the SDCC '12 Ashcan and it next to the published version. Please excuse the poor quality of the pictures. The only notable difference is the lack of the image logo in the top left as well as the "part 1 of 5" blue dot
  7. So mines the one from SDCC '12
  8. Weird. The Census doesn't have your book listed in the tally, unless I'm overlooking it somehow. Yeah I noticed that as well. The verification page comes up when you search for it though. Not sure why the census is messed up.
  9. Hey dude! Ryan Maddux here. Glad that you got those books! Did you ever get those Stan books back from SDCC? Still need me to get that one book pressed? Ryan Hey Ryan, Just got those back yesterday all came back 9.8s save for the White Ultimate Spider-Man #1 9.6 I need to get the grader notes to find out why it got down graded from the 9.8 that it was to see if pressing will be worth it.
  10. I actually got my Ashcan signed and slabbed SS(1191719001) at SDCC this year came back as a 8.5. I figured it wouldn't be high since it wasn't in great shape but the rarity makes up for it. Not planning on selling it currently.
