I purchased a whole lot of Marvel comics from Ed, about 36 comics. excellent grading shipping and service...buy with CONFIDENCE! thanks! : )
  3. exactly.. a HUGE hit worldwide and another win for Marvel/Disney AOU is still fresh. and has a ways to go before its tally is complete. Of the top EIGHT biggest grossing movies of all time, .... Marvel has 3 of them !
  4. It would be nice to see the movie done right, and with Arnold onbard it has so much potential. Conan is a great character and needs a new boost !
  5. Nail biting finale, that was a terrific end to the season with lots of possibilities for the next one ! They have taken the show up a level, easy to see that in the fight scenes
  6. Pym can't catch a break. First they dis him on Ultron, and now he gets last billing on the poster. Unfortunately he wasn't developed early enough for the movies, now being played by a 70 yr old actor and they took Ultron's creation away from him. . Should have been done a better way. He has been dissed. Or maybe its because Marvel itself let the original become a bit dark with the spousal abuse and mental issues.
  7. Thanks, you can find the higher grades but finding one with the right page quality and well centered was the biggest challenge
  8. in season 2 we should have some surprise appearances and story crossovers to help bring it all closer to the eventual Defenders show
  9. This will be the final Disney/Marvel movie for 2015?? what a bummer that is
  10. He would be a Great choice. Iron Fist is one of my favorites in the MCU, it would be so satisfying to see him in the same high quality of filmmaking as DD on Netflix.
  11. INHUMANS!! next week...... but for now... Activate the AVENGERS
  12. They have plenty of time to make changes. Wish I had more to watch. This is the quality of renditions we wish we had for all our TV shows and Movies
  13. Why? His appearance was the only part of the teaser that impressed me. He looks lifeless, a sort of blank stare.... the Thing has to project warmth. he isn't just a pile of organized rocks.
  14. That'd kinda be like Spider-Man getting beat by some F-listers like...oh, say Guardians of the Galaxy. Yup. I think Disney/Marvel will continue to make better movies. They respect the fans and audience and are in it for the long haul. They genuinely care and that's what's missing from Sony and Fox.
  15. I liked it, more of a real-world costume... the other option is something that's skin tight. He needs protection. You saw what happens without a (proper)costume on this show with its realistic violence. As DD fans we are used to the tights but I think this is a good compromise. Perhaps they will tweak it a little and make it more form fitting.
  16. latest sale $749.99 !! Very few of these slabbed in high grade. I have a feeling that will change in a few months http://www.ebay.com/itm/221733062456?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
  17. I hope the wait before the next one (DD) isn't too long but its certainly worth it. I have a good feeling about this and believe we will have more
  18. Wearing a costume with some Kevlar like protection doesn't change the current show, this entire production is on a different level from those others.
  19. Marvel is leading the way once again. The show is amazing, Love it, easy 9 out of 10 ! got this from Facebook........... Yesterday, Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn posted a heartfelt review on his facebook page for Marvel's new Netflix series, Daredevil. Gunn admits that he is hard to please when it comes to television shows, but he gladly adds Daredevil to his list of must watch shows, which also includes Game of Thrones, Better Call Saul and Black Sails. Clearly, the man has good taste. Add in the fact, Gunn devoured comic books as kid and then grew up to make one of the most beloved comic book movies of all-time, you have to consider that his opinion carries more weight than the average person. James Gunn wrote: I have loved the character of Daredevil since I was a little boy. Outside of Batman, Daredevil probably has more great comic book arcs than any other character. From Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli to Kevin Smith to Ed Brubaker and on and on, the character has elicited some of the best work from some of the greatest comic book storytellers. So I was a bit frightened last night when I dug into the new Marvel's Daredevil Netflix series. I'm a rough TV critic - I love five or so shows on the air right now, but that's about it - and I didn't want to see one of my favorite characters come up short. On top of that I really like Steven S. DeKnight, the showrunner, and Drew Goddard, the creator, both as people and as creative forces (Spartacus, Cloverfield, Cabin in the Woods, etc). Well, I love it. The cast is great. Charlie Cox is just awesome, and Elden Henson is about as an amazing a Foggy as I could have imagined. The fight sequences stand alongside Spartacus and Rome as some of the best TV fight sequences ever (so, the best TV fight sequences ever not performed in togas). And the scripts have been touching and on point and true to the character. In the first few episodes, I cried twice: once in a scene between young Matt and battling Jack, and again when I realized this character I loved so much for so long had been brought to television with such spirit, love, and care. What I'm saying is, there's a huge Marvel event going on right now, and it's Daredevil on Netflix. I hope you guys check it out.
  20. I am guessing the new spin-off will be Deathlok... He hasn't been developed very much yet but a good addition to the new or current show
  21. I think it will. It will also continue to increase the Marvel fans.... Its a long term plan and Disney is doing it right.
