  3. Probably no price difference for that book. You have a newsstand version (sold at newsstands and bookstores) vs. a direct edition (sold at comic shops and such).

  7. Is she in the comic? I haven't read it but always thought #4 was the one to go for. Could just be because of the cover.
  8. Spider Man #1 Platinum in 9.8 can fetch $1,800 and has the last two years. When it came out, grading was not a typical thing. But I agree, you made the right choice.
  9. Here's one that will tickle your noodle... Machine Man...no not that Machine Man....
  10. If I'm interpreting Valiantman's site correctly, there were only 4 9.8's added in the past year.
  11. OK, I guess I'm not as surprised. It would still be nice to have their name on the books for the next time, when they get caught!
  12. I would agree that it's more important to find a murdered than a box of comics. But, if they have all the evidence already, how much work is it really?
  13. "When I was in the fourth or 5th grade I got into Nova of all people, and I think they're kicking around a Nova idea now too," McKay said on the Happy Sad Confused podcast. The comments might be a result of being involved with certain conversations the public and press are not necessarily privy to, however, the thought might be fueled by Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige's statement in an interview with ComicBook.com. "Nova is… if we have a big board with a bunch of characters that have more immediate potential, Nova is on that board," Feige told ComicBook.com ahead of Avengers: Infinity War's release. "Because of the connection to the Guardians universe, because there are more than one examples to pull from in the comics that are interesting. And you’re absolutely right, he was in the earliest drafts of the [Guardians of the Galaxy]." https://comicbook.com/marvel/2018/12/20/nova-movie-marvel-studios-adam-mckay/

  15. Yea, I think a number of people would too. Only 10 on the census.
