There were other Hulk's but they did not have the Fallout. All of the ones I have seen that had the Fallout had it on the front or back. Is this Fallout variant a new find or from the surge a few months ago? Newer shipment. Didn't seem like all stores had them out yet.

That is one of the weakest first appearance. First FULL appearance is FP 1. The Jimmy Olsen appearances are weak sauce... There are a ton of the FP 1s out there though. Not that Jimmy Olsen is rare either. Not bone white ones.
