You have to find what is best for your items and selling method(s).

FB doesn't work for me. Others love it. My equivalent is these boards.

Likely Marvel gave him the artwork. Not Dell Otto.

Manufactured scarcity. Still have to order 1,500 copies of the book, presumably.
