  1. Hi Guys, I'm selling my original Nick Bradshaw illustration of Thor vs. Fin Fang Foom. 11" x 17", pencil, ink, and copic markers on comic art board. I paid over $1100 for this, and I waited for two years to finally get it. Now things have changed so I'm thinning out my collection. Asking $1200 obo. Paypal preferred, and I'll ship for free via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. Thanks!
  2. Fast, secure shipping. Super nice guy to boot. Can't wait to buy more!
  3. Got my books in great shape and expertly graded! Thanks!
  4. My Tales of Suspense #26 is a beauty and packed well. Thanks!!!
  5. Wow, that centering is spot-on compared to many of the other graded books. Beauty!
  6. SS #4 for me too, though FF #72 is right behind it!
  7. Avengers #83 was going for pretty abnormal prices even before this A-Force stupidity… A number of ASM issues as well, I’d say… like #50 (Kingpin? Not in a movie for now). The Kingpin's not in a movie right now, but he is in the new Netflix Daredevil series...maybe that's it?
  8. Those Mike's Comic Hut bags are great! Love those!
  9. My first comic shop experience was Lone Star Comics in Mesquite, Texas inside of Town East Mall. This had to be around 1983 or so. After starting off buying comics at the local convenience stores and drug stores, my first time inside of a "real" comic shop was quite a surprise! Rows and rows of nicely laid out comics. Lots of fond memories in the halcyon days of spending time at the arcade, reading funny books, and hanging out at the food court!
  10. In my area malls, one Hot Topic had destroyed their copies, one had sold out, while the other had 6 copies. I grabbed all 6 for $24. So maybe they're not worth $200 each, but it still seems to be a fairly hard to find variant.
  11. Received my beautiful Flash 139 in the mail today! Impeccable packaging and communication. Perfect! Thanks!!!!
  12. I love the #79 cover with Dolphin. What a beauty!
  13. Purchased my CGC ASM #7 from Ed last week, and I couldn't be happier. Got it at a super price, packed bullet-proof, and I got it in record time. I'll definitely be back for more, Ed! Thanks a billion!!!!
  14. Bulletproof packaging and quick shipping. Love the FOOM issues! Thanks Mike!
  15. Got my Superior Spiderman variant today; well packed and fast shipped! Couldn't be happier. Thanks, Curtis!!!
  16. 45. Started reading in the mid 70's, started "collecting" (bags and boards) in 1980.
  17. Long time lurker, new poster! Started reading comics in the mid 70s as a kid, and started "seriously" collecting (meaning bagging and boarding) in the 80s. In the mid 90's, I lapsed and only picked up a few titles every now and then. Then, in 2009, my kids were really into the Super Hero Squad. That sort of reawakened my love for superheroes and comics. So, I dusted off my long boxes and jumped back into this! I'm having a blast catching up on some of the Silver and Bronze Age books that I missed out on. Looking forward to spending some time with you guys!
