And after looking at the side view I don’t think these are even comics.  Looks like repro front covers with a backing board and nothing else.  Run away

For sure the spideys are fake.  They are color copies. Look at the wraps. They are 100% identical.   
agree on the DD 1.  Very unnatural white cover.  Most likely color copy or facsimile.  
by default I’ll say the hulks are bunk.  I’d ask for pics of back and insides

I wouldn't do it.  Seems overpriced, and you're giving up a lot.  The Hulk, Flash and GSX1, meh, but I wouldn't trade an ASM 1 or 14 (in that grade).

It's listed on eBay for $25K or best offer.
