  1. I have quite a few others, mostly Spider-Man but this is the newest addition.
  2. There are indeed! Love the set... more to find, ontu the hunt!!!!!! Of the others my guess is the Brazilian EBAL is gonna be the toughest... hit me up on PM and ill see if I can help ya? I would like to say thanks for the info but now you've given me a new list to search for This set started by accident really. I had the original issue 78 and somehow picked up the Spanish version at a flea market probably 15+ years ago. The others just popped up while looking around Ebay. Now I guess the hunt is really on for the others. Maybe at some point I'll break down and get them graded.
  3. These are the only versions of this issue I have found so far. Not sure if others exist - I assume this isn't as popular an issue as the 129 or 300.
  4. This was a lot more fun than I wanted it to be.
  5. Yummy goodies that the UPS guy just dropped off.
  6. My daughter has a box of Barbies that Kraven can roll around in for a while...or a box of Kens (who am I to judge Kraven).
  7. Yeah, I definitely need to save up my money to get a Spidey from him. That is a pretty piece.
  8. I joined a few months ago and have been too busy reading and buying to properly introduce myself. Started collecting in the late 80s. Since I was young and stupid (as opposed to now being old and stupid) I was more concerned with just gaining a large number of books. I bought everything and anything that came out each week. Soon I had 10 long boxes of which I only read about 5%...my motto was "bag it and board it". About 5 years ago I decided to sell of most of what I had, keeping only my Spider-Man books. These books took up about a short box worth but they were all read and enjoyed. I had thought the collecting bug was gone. Earlier this year I got the itch again and started picking up books I enjoyed rather than just trying fill another box. I'm in a much happier place now with my collection, I know most of what's in there and I enjoy it more. My youngest daughter is now also interested in comics, she likes her Archies and Spongebob, so it's a family event now. Required family info: 1 wife, 5 kids (ranging from 22 to 7), 1 bulldog, and 3 cats.
  9. Picked up #2 on a whim but I'm hooked. Hope #1 will be arriving at my door shortly.
  10. Went to one garage sale early this morning since the ad mentioned comics. There was a pile of about 50 filler books I picked up for $5 - nothing worth mentioning. But did pick up the Comix book which I thought was interesting. And while driving home from that sale I stopped at another that I had originally passed by. Saw the Marvel Collection Spider-Man figure for $15 and had to grab that. As I was ready to pay she mentioned other Spider-Man collectibles on the back porch. Had the 5 Hamilton Versus Collection for $25 each. She ended up taking $100 for all 6 figures which I was pretty excited about.
  11. Packed perfectly and fast shipping. Would love to buy from again.
  12. Technically these aren't all comics but at least Spiderman related
  13. I am finally getting back into the collecting mood after about 20 years. Sold off most of my collection to focus mainly on the ASM set. Plan for 2014 is to complete 1-100 (with the #1 to elude me most likely). Here are my 2 latest additions and I smile every time I walk by my display case. I hope to get my wish list added to my profile soon so I can start looking to fill in more of the gaps.
