Best Comic Youtube Channels and Forums (besides this one)

I find some of the stuff this guy (known as "ComicTropes") does interesting. Not all of it but he has enough content that you don't have to watch it all. https://www.youtube.com/user/skunkape -

I saved the last Bloom County. Wish I had saved C/H The Far Side was always a favorite and I have tons of those books. Used to always get the yearly calendar joke a day desk top one. -

You are not alone--- most people have a bias against them because the hobby has that effect on some things. I like them. They are exotic and have been more places than I have. I know some like to make a big deal and low ball their value-- but I think that might fade eventually- the market will do what it thinks is right. I only have a couple myself but they are fun! And if you think about it-- they are probably more rare as an overall book to the US contemporaries.

Thanks for the reply. I do feel like this board and some others I am on are like an extended family of friends. It can be be very cathartic to let those things be heard.

Bronze age comics that are heating up on eBay...
01TheDude replied to PeterPark's topic in Bronze Age Comic Books
I recall you tales of trying to get things sorted out before so I was sort of concerned. Was I close on the size of the task (30k books)? I cannot imagine having so many comics! And I too would jump at the chance to cash in on what I feel is an obscure Batman book that is getting way more money than any one should probably pay. Ahh-- the joy of being primarily a Marvel collector (save the short box of Kirby 4th world). Heck-- I sold my extra copy of Ms Marvel for some decent money - people are a little crazy on some things. Good luck on the hunt! -

Maybe you need to work on organizing your books so finding anything isn't such a clusterfork. I mean I know you have a crapload of books from what you've said before but having no method of keeping them in order is costing you so much time every time you think you have some book. Easy for me to say since I have under 2000 books while you have something like 30K or around that. The bigger question though is what is the plan if you find some copies of Bats 313-- are you trying to cash in on them while the book is hot? -

Crazy Bob's Tales of the Unexpected

I don't know these stories but what about how this Myra character doesn't need any mask at all? Is she an alien or something. These books are intriguing. Is there a TPB or something that covers the space ranger tales? -
