Good price?? Perhaps but lets not just assume this book is really a $6,200 book because one person bought at that price on eBay! Look at the sales this year...many around $4,600. I would pay $5,100 for this too and it’s a great purchase. These clowns that pay way over market value are inflating the hobby and make it less enjoyable for too many passionate fans and collectors. Hey How about I list a hulk 181 9.2 for $7200 and I have my friend, purchase it on eBay for that price then we just exchange back the book and money underground. Boom! We just valued the book at $7200!! A joke! A Scam! $6,200? Pleeeaase! This is why I like these boards people on here are knowledgeable and fair with prices and we don’t fall for inflating the market and we’re smart and respectful with our purchases and sales. I value my books collected here and happy to be a part of this community. You can pretty much find any book you’re looking for on here and you don’t have to overpay, at cons and bookstores.

Rocket Comics #1 CGC 6.5!! - An absolute beauty with rare off-white to white page quality, beautiful colors and one of the nicest Back Covers of a GA book, 3rd highest graded book. Only 9 exist under the Universal Blue Label according to CGC Census and this one being the only Pedigree with it being Billy Wright! The Wright Pedigree is one of the most valuable as his collection featured 47 of the top 100 books on overstreet’s top 100 list. This book was sold on HA in 2012 for $1,045. The industry has appreciated quite a bit since then and Golden Age books are the best to invest in. I acquired this book in a trade and gave up some nice SA keys at the Denver Con last year. I did some research and I’ve spoke with some seasoned veterans in the industry. Most said that due to the rarity of this book and high page quality along with it being one of Billy Wright’s books it’s value is around $3,800-$4,500 depending on the buyer. I’m listing it lower than that at Asking $3,400 because I think this book is worth it and I want to price it to sell to pay off some medical bills. I hope it goes to a good home! If not I will hold on to it, sell some other books and watch the value increase.
