  1. a few pickups from Craigslist these past two weeks.

the "Empire" Falcon and X-wing are both from the same original owner, who had them as a child and they are in almost unplayed with condition. no wear.

the "Star Wars" Falcon is from a different seller, and the ship is also in very nice condition. parts are all there, just not put together.

all 3 ships are very clean, complete, and working.

both Falcon boxes are very nice, but the X-wing box does have moderate wear.

Wow, nice haul. The Falcons and boxes look to be in great shape. I'd like to find a Star Wars version of the Falcon myself.

I'd also like to find a nice Death Star box & playset. The Death Star playset is one of my earliest memories of Star Wars toys in the 70s. :cloud9:

  2. I've enjoyed seeing many of the toys posted here recently, especially the Star Wars & Transformers stuff. Brings back great childhood memories.

Here's a toy several of my friends had in the 80s, but I was never fortunate enough to have myself. Probably my favorite GI Joe toy, so I was really happy to buy this one a couple years ago:

  3. I saw that Action 13 in the glass case at the Chicago Con. Absolutely awesome book that looks better than the grade assigned. :applause:

Would you happen to remember what kind of price they was asking for the book? hm

I don't think there was a price listed, and I didn't ask. It's so far out of my price range that I didn't want to waste anyones time. :)

  4. Thanks guys! So many great books already posted in this thread kind of makes me want to acquire another early Action.

Really nice Action 23 Mike. I've seen many copies of that book, with many having "eye appeal" issues, but yours presents really well.

Alton's Action 10 & 20 are both really sweet books as well.

The Action 7, 12, & 13 are also jaw dropping. Action 1-24 are just really a geat run of books to go after. :applause:
