I dont know how to grade these comics

1. The spidey 60 is a very nice book, glossy with tiny spine tics that break the cover. The big issue is the second pic that shows a close up of the top middle cover with a crease. I am presently grading this at an 8

Please give me feedback on how you would grade this.

So nice I have an 8 but this issue is notorious to have hulks leg messy this one is very clean.  Congrats to anyone who gets it
