  1. Hi guys, My previous post was removed because I was unaware that you may not charge extra for using PayPal. Sorry about that, I changed that condition. I got some PM's, but not what I had in mind. So, I am reducing my asking price. tnx, Elmer Description: Incredible Hulk 181, raw, VF-. Grade was assigned by the Dutch comics & art dealer Marc Mokken. For pictures, see below. If wanted, I can send pictures of every spread. Book has been stored in a cool, smoke-free environment, stored in Gerber Mylites2 and a fullback cardboard. Price: Book has been on fire these last months: GPA last sale $5750, 1M average $5139, 90 day average $4743. My price is $5100 $4900 shipped worldwide and insured (FedEx) Payment: wire transfer or PayPal. Book will be held until clearance. Payment due within 10 business days. References: I haven't been much on this board lately, but in the past I sold and shipped an AF15 CGC 7.5 on this board, I sold an Incredible Hulk 1 CGC 8.0 to a well-known boardie, I have zero negative feedback on eBay (elmer.lie), I can provide plenty of positive references and somewhere on these boards there should be an old reference page of mine as well. Returns: No return, you can get any picture you want. First wins the book and goes above all offers through PM
  2. Hi, Can anybody tell me what Overstreet Priceguide 2020 says about he value of Incredible Hulk 181 in 6.0 and 8.0? tnx! Elmer
  3. I was visited today by a certified CGC grader. He said 9.6 based on the front cover. And when he saw the back and the scratch he didn't hesitate one moment before stating it was a 9.0. According to him, the scratch would have been much deeper if it would have been a manufacturing defect. In his opinion the scratch probably resulted from a back board. So, that is a very expensive scratch. Still, I am happy to have to that book and be able to sell it. Thanks to you all for giving me your opinion
  4. What is your idea about the grade? Picture 1: in mylar, shows a bit more dirty than the book is in reality Picture 2: direct scan, shows a bit more bright than the book is in reality Picture 3: backcover. Please notice the scratch at the side. I am not sure if this is a manufacturer defect or not.
  5. No, PM's are possible, but I am primarily looking for an advise on the value of this book.
  6. And then the last part of the books. Things got a bit back to normal and attention of the variants-creators shifted to other titles. UPC-codes in red have not yet been confirmed. Summarizing: ASM 789 - 806: 18 books, 288 variants, of which 187 exclusives, of which 107 by ComicXposure, Unknown and JSC. I could not find a complete overview of all these variants on the web. This overview might be useful for future completists. Best, E
  7. and here is the second part. No missing UPC-codes this time, so we can be quite certain that this overview is complete.
  8. But then back to ASM 802 / 1: another 60 variants. The first part is here
  9. And this is the second part. We see that three UPC-codes do not have a book. This is not uncommon, it happened in the past. As 80021 and 80091 should have been rather well-known variants, I guess these variants were cancelled at a rather late stage. The previously unknown 80059 was found to be a NYCC exclusive. That means searching continues for the 80072.
  10. With ASM 800 UPC-coding became more relevant than ever before. No less than 68 variants were released. Due to readability this is only the first half.
  11. Compared to my previous overview I found 79930 as a variant that I did not yet know about. It is so easy to lose track with these numbers; 798 had 22 variants and ASM799 24 variants. Again the 2nd and 3rd print store variants caused irregularities in UPC-coding, meaning that chronological dates of releases can not automatically be derived anymore from the coding 11-91, 16-88, 12-15.
