    All -

I've been made aware of several bugs and wanted to let everyone know that the following have been reported. We're unsure if these bugs are affecting everyone or if they're isolated to a specific block of users.

    - Unable to add books to Custom sets that are not already in a Competitive set (inventory)

    - Unable to edit/add Set Names/Descriptions in Competitive sets

    - Unable to create new Competitive sets (message given contains "must give people ID")

    - Failed adds deleting images from Custom sets. In this bug, the scenario is that a person adds a book to their Custom set and includes pictures. They then attempt to add the same book to a Competitive set, and it generates a failed add for whatever reason. Once the failed add is resolved in the Competitive set, the pictures disappear from the Custom set. This does not seem to happen without the failed add taking place.

    - Point values not generating, showing a score of 0 or 1

Please know that that we will work to get these fixed as quickly as possible. I have no estimate for the resolution, but will update this thread when I do, and when they are fixed.

***UPDATE*** I am told that we should have resolution to the "Unable to add books to Custom Sets that are not already in Competitive set (inventory)" by next week. The rest should be resolved by 4/30. These are not guarantees. This is the information that I've been given and I'm passing it over to you.

***UPDATE 4/24*** I have tested over several accounts this morning and it appears that the Custom Sets bug has been resolved. You should be able to add books to Custom sets that are not in your inventory. The other bugs are still outstanding.

***UPDATE 4/30*** We should have resolution to the bugs hindering new Competitive set creation and set changes by end of day 5/1. This is not guaranteed but it looks likely.

Would it be possible to receive a notice when the bug is fixed that is keeping me from renaming a new registry set from UNNAMED SET - 123456? :wishluck:

I have been able to do everything except rename my new set.

    :news:

Looks like you guys must've fixed it already, it finally took and is now renamed.  Nice work fellas! :golfclap:

  2. Howdy!

I'm looking for 1966 Don Russ Marvel Super Heroes cards with white backgrounds on both sides.  I'm looking to upgrade some of my cards, so I can buy, trade or a combination of both. The pictures below are just for reference, in case anyone is unsure what I'm looking for.

If you've got 'em, let me know. :)

Looking for some help here from the forum collective.  I have an HP Scanjet 7400c that's been a great scanner, Made a move a while back to another state.  I locked the scanner before moving and forgot it was locked when I went to set it up a couple of months later.  When I plug it in it makes all the usual start-up sounds & lamps up, but when I direct it to scan, it makes clicking noises and it does not move the lamp.  I imagine this has happened to others, and maybe it's been discussed before.  Can anyone help me out with some good advice on how to fix it?  I'm not afraid of opening it up to make any physical adjustments but would feel more confident if I could get a little guidance first.

Trying to find someone to work on a scanner is just plain :pullhair:

I did a new search and found this info for when you have a Carraige Lock situation like mine.  I'll give an update once I've tried it.

HP Scanjet Scanners - How to Perform a Hard Reset

Follow the steps below to perform a hard reset on your HP Scanjet Scanner.
    NOTE:
HP recommends performing a complete scanner hard reset before performing a scanner self test.
    1. Power off the scanner.
    2. Disconnect all cables from the scanner (including the Universal Serial Bus (USB), power module, Transparent Materials Adapter (TMA), and Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) cables).
    3. Lock and then unlock the carriage shipping lock, if applicable to your product (see below).
      • Models with no shipping lock include: 3500c, 3570, 4070, 4070v
      • Models with one-time (disposable) shipping lock include: 2300c, 2400, and 3670c
      • Models with re-usable shipping lock include: 3400c, 4300c, 5400c, 5470c, 5490c, 7400c, 7450c and 7490c
If your product is not listed above, refer to the material that came with the product for additional shipping lock information.
    4. Ensure the scanner is on a flat and level surface.
    5. Plug all cables back into the scanner.
    6. Power the scanner back on.
    7. The hard reset is now complete.

    Hi all,

I am wanting to know about the Rocketeer graphic novel from 1985...does it just contain reprints/collect all of the stories from the Pacific Comics Presents issues? Is there any new content in this graphic novel (ie some reprinted stories plus new). Thanks!

Here's a link to MyComicShop with the info you're asking for MyComicShop Link
