  1. This cover is a Whitman classic! No one has ever drawn such a hot babe covered in so many clothes.
  2. Ah so the Church copy got the bump. Thanks!
  3. Interesting, so the Church and Allentown are both in 9.4 slabs but the census looks like this?
  4. Wow Mike! Very cool and important book. Great pick up!
  5. Looking through some older posts. Wow, the colors on this copy are just insane!
  6. Hmm…username checks out, since you put 2 Lou Fine books ahead of an Eisner
  7. It will be interesting to see where the other 5.0 finishes at Heritage
  8. Pretty sure spoilers are up after 80 years, so all good here
  9. I agree with this. I consider both covers to be classics, but I think the science fiction theme of #2 has helped push it ahead of #3. (Sure do wish I had a copy of #3 though) BTW Lou Fine was a GOD! May all of his covers be forever coveted.
  10. Didn’t know it was swiped from Paul, but of course it was! He loved those big elephant ears!
  11. On more recent slabs, CGC no longer lists Fine as the artist for Science 3.
  12. Yeah who knows. I’ve seen Lou Fine on the CGC label, George Tuska, and also no cover artist listed.
  13. It’s a very cool cover, but Weird Comics #1 would be my choice.
