This is a copy of "The Mars Gazette" printed if 1896 and die cut, can it be graded?

Just got back a 9.8 prescreen submission. When I was looking them over for scratches or cracks I noticed one book (the comic not the case) had a crunched corner. At some point between the time I sent it and the time it was graded some damage occurred. Not a big deal, s**t happens, I know that, but I can't sell it as a 9.8. It was a prescreen 9.8 but not a key book so it wouldn't be worth getting graded again. Is their a procedure for this? Thanks
