I believe samfromcalifornia is correct. What you have is one page from The Spirit black & white reprints that contained 10 stories with comments by Eisner in a plastic bag published in 1973. There were 4 different bags and I think that your page is from bag #4. Check out the Spirit checklist http://www.angelfire.com/art/wildwood/check3.html Spirit bag 4 Spirit bag 4 back Yup! That looks like a match to the type of thing I have. Awesome! BTW, that is a really cool item! I love stuff like that! Thank you VERY much for the help!!

The Marvel set of volumes 3 and 4 are fairly exhaustive from the Silver Age- roughly 1990. Marvel magazines are a bit spotty as are romance titles. All the superhero titles are completely covered. Approximately 7,700 covers are pictured in total. I can check to see if specific titles or issues are covered though. Hope that helps!
