Hello everyone! Haven’t been on the boards in a while, but I’m back with this FF #52. The wife and I are having our first baby in a few months and need to free up some extra funds. This book was purchased from the original owner and graded in late 2015. It was never pressed or cleaned prior to grading. This collection had a ton of high grade silver age. Last couple of sales on GPA were a hair over $2,500. New Mutants 87 CGC 9.6 White Pages: $235 - To my knowledge, this book has not been pressed. I bought it from the original owner and had the book slabbed myself. There is a small scratch on the front of the slab near the top right corner of the case. It was there when I opened the box from CGC. Also, this is one of the slabs without the inner well and there are some light newton rings on the back cover.
