SOLDSpoilerNice copy, manufactured with only one staple. Small feint mark on back cover, it’s not moisture, almost looks like dirt or something hardened then fell off. Bright colors.

Strange Adventures #205 CGC 8.0 White Pages

This book looks a bit under-graded to me. Definitely presents better. I don’t have grader’s notes as I purchased the book slabbed, but I do wonder if it took a hit for what looks like it might be a print crease. I took a couple up close pictures of the mark in question, you can see the one line on the front and two on the back, and they definitely appear to be production related. I think the price is about right, and the book does have some upside should someone choose to crack and re-sub.

Pretty tight copy with excellent colors. Some color breaks at top of front cover and upper right corner front cover. Small chip missing bottom middle of front cover. You can see it in the image, but it’s length starts about where the “V” in “EVER” and ends. Aside from the top, (small piece missing, and some wear) the back looks pretty good. Really sharp in hand.

Really nice colors, overall really nice copy, pretty clean front and very clean back. Book would benefit from a press- some light non color breaks including the one just to the left of Scorpion’s tail on front cover.

Thrilling Comics #45

Cool Schomburg Hitler cover. Book probably presents better than it’s technical grade would be. Small spine split at top of book, small writing and some stains at top of front cover. Light creasing on front and back cover. Moisture stains at top of back cover, interior of book unaffected. Tough to price, a 6.5 sold in June for $1400+, this book is nowhere near that, but neither is my asking price.
