Last book of this sale: I Was A Drug Addict by Leroy Street & David Loth Pyramid Books 122 1st PB Edition 1954 $250 (NO AUTOMATIC DISCOUNT - PM to discuss) Iconic, Fridge Magnet, Classic cover, call it what you will but one of the rarest and most famous paperback covers. It rarely comes up for sale anymore. Cover art by Julian Paul. Square glossy copy with a few faint creases, a thin dust shadow at bottom. Corner tip slightly worn.

Pretty cool combo Tight and glossy, with a bit of foxing to left edge. No creases, tiny pen mark on first page. Lamination is separating on the spine but is all there.

Difficult to find these thick editions in such nice shape. Spine is square and solid, colors bright and glossy. Virtually no cover creasing. Light pressure mark on front cover and light edgewear.

House of Fury by Felice Swados Avon 298 1950 $65 Famous haunting image of the Delinquent Good Girl in the shadow of the bars by Bill Randall The title was originally published in paperback as "Reform School Girl" in Avon's famous Diversey Digest edition Bright, glossy new looking book. Square and tight, great pages. Hairline crease along the printed cover break line (Many Avons of this period had a break line in the printing process, which is why the lines are so straight). Hints of wear. A top notch copy.

Naomi Martin by Clarkson Crane Berkley G-126 1st PB 1958 $20 SOLD to Goldust40 Raymond Johnson good girl in a classic pose. Lynn Munroe, who I respect highly, has this as a Charles Copeland cover but it's just not. A nice looking copy. Solid and tight with great color and gloss. Slight slant, great front, has a crease on back.
